It was perfect. It's always inconvenient to have someone come to your house but, Kurt is very neat and he loves my dogs. He's a great guy, very honest and provides assurance with his work. And I will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs.

Kurt came out on a weekend and diagnosed the problem as a leaking wax toilet ring, which he replaced. Two days later the leak was back in force and he returned with an assistant and determined it was actually water from the shower/tub leaking around the tub at the wall an along the floor. He recommended re-sealing along the floor and wall and adding a splash guard along the wall. He did not charge for the second visit at all, even though he was here for 45 minutes with an assistant to get to the bottom of the water problem without ripping out my walls or garage ceiling. I was very satisfied and would call him again for any plumbing issues in the future.

I have NO words to describe this man and his team. They are angels. I am not joking. Kind, respectful, professional, honest to a fault...OMG! They even put towels down throughout my house. I thought I was dreaming. I have found the plumber for all my work. THANK YOU does not even begin to cover it.

Kurt came out the next morning and fixed it in a matter of a couple of hours. They did a fantastic job on a tedious and hard to reach pipe. They were extra careful and extra clean. I'll always call Kurt for any plumbing needs.

Honest and helpful.

Our water heater failed. The Pink Plumber, a national outfit gave me two choices, either replace the logic board for $450 with no guarantee that there was not something else wrong with the unit or replace it for $3500. Needless to say I sought a second opinion. When Kurt heard we had hot water, he rearranged his schedule to get out to see us the same day. Since the unit was out of warranty and we never like the way it worked, Kurt replaced the unit for $1250 - one third of what the Pink Plumber wanted. Kurt came back promptly the next day and adjusted the unit after we had a chance to use it over night at no extra charge. Great service.

Our 10-year-old garbage disposal was leaking and I knew it needed to be replaced. I checked prices for replacement with the same make with a plumber we had used before as well as with Kurt MacIntyre. The other plumbing company wanted $90 more, mainly because they insisted they would have to add a trip charge to the bill, while Kurt's $275 price was all inclusive. After he came out, I asked if he would also clean the four sink drains because I have difficulty getting the stopper mechanism properly aligned after cleaning. He did so for an extra $30, which I thought was very reasonable. All in all, it was a great experience. Kurt came when he said he would, did a great job and charged what he said he would. I definitely will be calling him the next time I need a plumber.

He's wonderful and he is a good guy. He is prompt and he fixes the problems right away. He is professional and really friendly with everybody. He cares a lot about doing a good job and satisfying the customers.

He has fair prices. Anything that he saw wrong he fixed without charging extra. As he was doing the work he found things that he hadn't noticed and he didn't tack on extra costs, which he could have easily done. His prices were really good compared to other quotes I got. I would definitely use him in the future.
