Description of Work: Julia was helping us with the purchase of a home(s). The simple things a realtor would normally do (pull comps, assist with contract negotiation) seemed to be a struggle for her or in "conflict" with her operating guidelines. This was the worst experience ever with a realtor. We subsequently chose someone else that was outstanding.

+ -1 moreJulia was the sweetest agent and the BEST I have ever met. She was extremely professional, efficient and her follow-up was amazing. She started with providing us a packet with an overview of St. Petersburg. Every time we met she would have various houses that she thought were good fits and that we were going to see that day. Her online tool makes looking at homes and deciding which ones to see in person EXTREMELY efficient. It took us 2 months but we found an amazing home. The selling agent was a nightmare to deal with. Julia was instrumental in getting the deal closed. I highly recommend Julia. She is more than a real estate agent, she is now our good friend.
Description of Work: My husband got a new job that required us to move from San Francisco, CA to St. Petersburg, FL. We had never been to St. Petersburg and were unfamiliar with the layout of the city as well as the homes.

Description of Work: Julia is the most responsive, professional, and ethical real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Of the 6 homes I have bought in my lifetime this was the smoothest and best experience of all. I highly reccomend her as a listing or selling agent.

Description of Work: Julia and her partner Tracy have assisted us in buying a house in Florida. They took us out when we came down to see houses and showed us aobut 30 houses in three days. They were responsive - very organized, and very patient with us in driving around the neighborhoods near the houses we saw. They showed us houses in our price range - didn't try to get us to buy up, discussed neighboorhood's safety, etc. We would definitely use them again if we need to buy another house.
