+ -1 moreVery unprofessional and I am disappointed with such lousy service. The additional 4 yards of fabric will be stored away for future use (if any). I won't purchase fabric from them again. The decorator "Stacy" is unreliable and not truthful. She needs to be better organized or at a minimum use a calendar app to ensure she can keep her appointments straight.
Description of Work: 1. Over sold me the amount of fabric that I needed to recover our porch furniture by 4 yards at a cost of $20/yard. I brought the cushions in for measurement to ensure that I purchased what was needed for recovering. The measured requirement was 6 yards but was told I would need 10! I asked twice to ensure that it was correct, but the sales person said 10 yards were required. Actual usage was a little over 5 yards which even included small back pillows. 2. I made an appointment with their decorator to look at an office chair I want recovered. I called to confirm the date 2 days prior, we agreed on the day/time. Date of appointment after waiting 45 minutes I called her, she said she was running late and would be at my home in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, she leaves a voice mail saying our appointment was for the next day! It cost me 2 hours of my time. Won't use this store again.

+ -1 moreThe lady was helpful with the different fabrics. After the cornice was installed I went back to the store to buy some more of the fabric only to find there was no way of tracing it. The assistant said she could not locate it and I could not order it because there was no order number. The cornice needs something added to the sides to finish it off.
Description of Work: Picked out fabric and had a cornice made for my kitchen window.

Description of Work: Very well priced and good quality. Their installer, Billy, also does repairs on blinds and will hang large pictures and mirrors, Even if they are not purchased from Jays.
