Description of Work: Hafke tech made a cursory effort to unclog the drain and told me it could only be done by digging a deep hole outside the house, crawling under, and pulling the trap, at a cost of $1200. Yes, ridiculous (crazy?) but true. Called another plumber who used a hand cranked heavy duty auger and cleared the drain in less than a minute. Hafke did give me a refund (woo hoo). Could their tech have done the same thing? Sure. Why didn't he? You figure it out.

 + 0 moreI called on a Saturday, at about 2 pm. Dispatcher said they would arrive between 4 and 6pm. At 4 pm the doorbell rang! Austin and his helper, Chris, knew exactly what to do. They ran the snake, and cleared the clog. I also authorized a camera run, to see if there was some problem other than the usual paper product. When done, they used disinfectant to clean up the bathroom. The charge was exactly as quoted.

Description of Work: I had a slow shower drain that I couldn't fix with plunger or chemicals to clear. Mr Drain cleared in out in less than 10 minutes. Found out it was chaulking which would have never been cleared any other way. Very efficient and to the point.

 + 0 moreThe drain pvc pipe was reinstalled from the inside of the house. We chose this option since it was less expensive and cosmetically appealing. The pvc pipe was routed to the outside next to the outside door. From this point the pvc pipe was connected to the outside fitting. Some cement work and caulking was perform and completed in a professional manner. We were very satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: Our washer's drain was clogged. After finding roots and mud on the pipe we decided to have a new drain pipe installed.

 + 0 moreVery thorough and professional. Went above and beyond in working with us on all aspects of the job. Conscientious of maintaining the cleanliness of inside house areas (wiping feet, not tracking in dirt from outside, cleaning up afterwards).
Description of Work: Kitchen sink drain had slowed and stopped. Brandon and Sal came out and attempted to snake drain to no avail. Next day they attempted to hydrojet the drain line and wasn't able to clear clog. Found scale, rust and dirt in line and determined there was a break in line from erosion. Following day they came out and replace line all the way to the cleanout.

 + 0 moreI came home to Major Plumbing Issues when i found both of my bathtubs were filled up with sewage I called MrDrainPro from the ad in the paper to schedule service for Monday They said they could come Saturday Night with no extra charges , Sandy over at dispatch was very Polite and Informed me that Brandon was going to be here within the hour and he was , He ran his snake and within ten minutes had the issue resolved , He also put a camera inside the pipes to show me that there were roots in the line........... he will be coming back within a week to repair the bad spot in the line
