We have had problems with this toilet for quite awhile and tried to get it repaired two times previously. Jay removed the toilet and found that the flange was broken in several pieces and he had to use a drill to remove it because it was in such bad shape. He worked very efficiently and cleaned the area when he was done. We appreciated his professionalism and will definitely use him again.

The guy was very nice and professional. He actually came after hours and worked later than he should have. I'm trying to schedule them to come out next week to get some stuff done. The price was very reasonable too.

After taking the time to diagnose the issue he quckly figured out what was wrong and fixed it. He also took the time to talk with me about other issues and how I could prevent the problems from reoccuring. Jay also answered my questions about a bathroom remodel I am planning even though I am using a different contractor. Very nice and professional person. Called J and J plumbing on friday and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday morning for 9:00 am and Jay the owner was right on time. He was very polite and professional. I was relocating my refrigerator and needed and new water supply line run for the icemaker. This required that the shortest and most direct route be a copper line with a shut off valve be run from the the water heater located in the garage and run through the wall to the location of the refrigerator. He did great job and it works great. Jay said he prefers copper line to plastic because it last longer. What I like best is that he charged by the job not the hour. He quoted me a price over the phone and thats what it was the price was 135.00 He even honored the 10.00 Angies List coupon. Final total was 125.00

callkitchHe answer my I called J & J Plumbing to change my solar hot water tank and to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. he answer my call immediately give me an estimate for the job and set the day for the repair. He was on time and between him and his assistant changed the water filter. The kitchen faucet has a broken part and he told me it has a live time warranty ,so he called the manufacturer of the faucet and requested the broken part. As soon as I received the part from the factory I called J&J and he came immediately and fix the faucet . He was very professional very clean job. I will use his service again and will highly recommend him to my friends and family

They have also repaired toilets, installed water filter systems. They have also installed garbage disposals and water heaters. My experience with him is that he is very knowledgeable and does a very good job.

Jay was flexible enough to come on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. He arrived right on time and finished the work quickly. He was very knowledgeable and expert at what he does. Personable and professional. I paid the price he quoted, which included the 10% Angie's List discount.

It was a very frustrating situation and Jay seemed to make it calmer. He was extremely helpful, honest and willing to help. If at anytime we didn't understand something he would explain it better.

He did a good job. He was efficient, and he followed through. On the other hand, he was a little expensive.

Jay was wonderful. He came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was reasonable. The work was scheduled to be done the very next day. Jay and the plumber working with him were very accommodating in working with my schedule and the work was done during my lunch break from my job.

He came on time, started right in to find the problem, was courteous and professional. He charged me a most extremely fair rate. Jay from J & J Plumbing was Absolutely Wonderful, the best plumber I have ever done business with. I had J & J Plumbing come out to fix a leak under my kitchen sink involving a water conditioner that had gotten knocked when trying to disconnect a clanging garbage disposal from it's electrical outlet. Jay came out and was right on time. He stopped the leak. Since we discovered that my garbage disposal would need to be replaced, he told me where to get a new one and exactly what kind was the most reliable. He left that day without requiring any payment and gave me an estimate for doing the work, including the second visit to finish the job. I got the new disposal and called him to set up another time for him to install it. He came back a few days later and finished the job. He removed the water conditioner that was an old, antiquated dinosaur, installed the new disposal, and finished the new plumbing so everything was done well. He even went into the master bathroom and switched out the hot and cold lines which were installed backward by a prior home owner and didn't charge me any extra. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone who is looking for an honest, prompt, qualified, and reliable plumber. I was VERY IMPRESSED!

We have had issues with a bad kitchen drain for a couple years. We had a clog which we had another plumber come out to "fix" about a year ago, in the process he removed the seal from the pipes under the sink and commented "this is put on backwards" but didn't re-seal. After a few months, water no longer would flow through the pipes at all and would actually only come out under the sink - we had to use buckets under the sink to catch the water - and have a ruined kitchen floor to boot! He had supposedly cleared the drain however, little did we know in FL, one has to go on the roof to properly clear a drain (we are from Virginia), which this guy definitely did not do. After my spouse and friends attempted to fix the fittings under the sink to no avail, we called Jay. He first sent one of his guys who was fast and fixed the fittings with no problem (as we thought that was the only remaining issue) but there was still a problem, Byron quickly diagnosed it and stated that Jay would need to come by at the original time discussed. Jay arrived right on time, knew exactly what the problem was and was quick and courteous. We now have a working sink and an unclogged drain pipe - one done the right way! Would definitely call again and recommend to others.

He was knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. A similar problem, with service by another plumber about three years ago, cost more than $300. While I hope never to have such problems again, if I do, I will definitely call J&J again.

I was very happy with him. It was same-day service. The service was affordable and effective. I decided to use him because I had used him previously. He is always reliable and gets the job done at a fair price. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

Plumber was 15 minute early, very courteous, pleasant & completed work in a timely fashion.
