Description of Work: They came out and gave us an estimate, which we accepted, and made an appointment to do the work on a subsequent date; however, they were a "no call/no show" on the date of our appointment. In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional.

Description of Work: I had several things that needed to be fixed. Jay had to make something that would hold my sink faucet down. I think he did a great job. He also gave me some instructions on how to use the faucet handles gently so they will not break so quickly. I thought he was very nice and was right on time. I would just him again and I am going to let a friend know he is good. I think for him having to come to my house twice that he price was fair.

Description of Work: Jay repaired a blocked kitchen faucet, fixed an outdoor faucet knob that was spraying water, and fixed a leaking tub faucet.

Description of Work: We've used J&J a couple of times now for minor, non-emergency repairs and are always pleased with the availability and work.

Description of Work: Jay, owner of of J and J Plumbing, repaired a shower faucet for my elderly Mother. His work was excellent and reasonably priced. He saved her money by replacing the cartridge in the faucet which solved the problem entirely. Another plumber who was contacted didn't even mention that replacing the cartridge was likely to resolve the problem, focusing instead on completely replacing the entire faucet at more than 4 times the cost of merely replacing the cartridge. We will use Jay again!

Description of Work: I have about 20 people coming to the house tomorrow and therefore need water for baking and cleaning the house. an outside water pipe broke and had to turn off the main water line. I was in a panic! I went on Angie's List and called J & J Plumbing. Jay Zulick, Owner, was at my house within the hour and fixed the problem....my hero! my neighbor and I have scheduled him back next week to replace other facets outside so this doesn't happen again. I was also very pleasantly pleased with the cost for the repair and next week's charges. I recommend Jay for all your plumbing needs. Casey K.
