Description of Work: I tried to e-mail this person several times and call; I never got a response nor an answering machine. I wonder if she's out of business?

Description of Work: I called Lois to come and help w/ paint colors for the interior of my house. She was extremely responsive and was able to help me out in a timely fashion. The colors she picked worked wonderfully well and I am very pleased and impressed with her knowledge of colors and how they work and tie in with the differing aspects of my house (ex: sunlight and flooring). She was very helpful and understanding of how we function as a family and took that into consideration when picking the type of paint as well as the colors.

Description of Work: Lois Brant of Impressive Interiors is an awesome person to work with and a gifted decorator. My husband and I recently purchased a condo and I was looking for a person who would honor our ideas and help us enhance and update our new home. Lois provided that and more! She assisted us as we chose striking wood flooring and beautiful granite counter tops that makes quite a statement! I am especially grateful that she listened carefully to what we wanted and took into consideration the amount of money we had to spend. Lois guided us through the process, returning emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and sharing professional installer’s names so the work would be done right. When I second guessed my decisions she was there with encouragement. We also picked out a beautiful bedroom set together. Lois is a color specialist and chose interior paint colors that work in our new remodeled kitchen and living area. The living area has several different textures, colors, and furniture and she met the challenge. . I will continue to work with Lois and recommend her with the highest possible rating!

Description of Work: This was such a fun experience and the outcome is beautiful! Lois came in a torrential rainstorm to help me with paint choices and furniture arrangement. She helped me select exterior colors and wall colors for my bedroom and kitchen. She has a great depth of knowledge about paint and the different hues or light they would give off. She also helped me rearrange my living area into a wonderfully cozy room. She moved furniture, hung pictures, added decorations and gave it a classy look, or as she says "layered" look to complete the room. She will re-purpose items you already have to make a new look. I absolutely love the finish product and have spent the night just enjoying the room from different angles! She was great to work with and spent a lot of time with me and I believe I definitely got more than my monies worth! Hire her and you will be so pleased with the results and may even get a new friend from the experience. Thanks so much LOIS!

Description of Work: Phyllis Brant was a great help in finding a person to help me to remodel our new home. Even though it was not her problem, problems did arised she was there to negotiate with the contractor. All are happy with the Contractor Kern Brynt and Phil his helper. Will Call Phyllis again to consult with staging our new home.

Description of Work: Lois came out to help advise me on colors for the first floor of my home.

Description of Work: Lois helped me pick out interior paint colors from the samples she had that would look good with the wood accents in our house. She also gave suggestions on what kind of drapes that would look good in certain rooms and what type of furniture to get and where to place it. Also, she offered suggestions on what to turn my Florida room into so we could get the most use out of it.

Description of Work: Lois helped us identify how to arrange furniture and paintings since we just moved into this house. She did not make us go out and buy more furniture/stuff. She used what we had. It is amazing that you can transform your home with items you already own without buying anything new!

Description of Work: Initially I met with Lois Brant for a paint consultation for our newly purchased investment property. The then vacant 1,400+ townhome, with it's cathedral walls, were white and the carpet was torn out to make way for the installation of bavarian cherry hardwood flooring. Samples of the flooring were available for the paint consultation. Every room in the house was to receive a color of paint. After the townhome was painted and the hardwood floor were installed, the second meeting focused on design choice of new lighting fixtures for the dining room, two foyers and bathroom as well as choice of window covering for the sliding glass door in the dining room. Lois was on site with the installer of the window covering to make sure the product and installation went well. The above price includes two on-site consultations and the price of the window covering.

Description of Work: REDESIGNED LIVING ROOM AND SPARE ROOM USING EXISTING FURNITURE. MADE SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN THE LOOK AND USE OF THE ROOMS. MADE ME FEEL LIKE I HAD A NEW PLACE. I'M HIRING HER AGAIN TO DO SOME MORE ROOMS. VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.
