Better than I could have asked for! We were in Maine when we found out about the problem with the roof. Permanent repairs will need to wait until we can be present to oversee it. I called Andy and asked him if he would be able to do what was needed. He was in the area and agreed to go and look at the problem. He called me a short time later and said he was there. We discussed how the work should proceed. Andy reviewed the situation closely and determined that the solution he could provide was 65% less than the quote from other companies! He completed the work the same day and sent me pictures of the tarp firmly secured over the problem area of the roof. The stress of possible water damage while we are away has evaporated! I would encourage anyone in need of handyman services to hire him.

They never showed after we made an appointment. It took 3X to finally get in touch with them. The secretary was unorganized, inexperienced and rude . I finally made an appointment for Saturday at 1pm; well 3 :00pm rolls round and I call them. She said someone told her I called and cancelled. I never called and cancelled. I told her she was lying to me and I was going to make a report to Angies List! She said one report won't hurt us. That's one reason not to work with them. THEY DON'T CARE!

He completed the job within a day and a half. He did a great job and his pricing was very reasonable. He cleaned up after he was done and even sent me a thank you card which I thought was kind of cool. It was excellent dealing with them as a company and I did not have any problems at all. The people who were with him were also nice, courteous and good.

His attention to detail was top notch and overall was knowledgable of the task he performed. I will use him again in the future.
