They're excellent and I would give them a good recommendation. I was so pleased with them that I had a yearly maintenance. They come out every 6 months to check the heat pump. They have good service workers and they're very helpful. One heating service told me that I need to install an expensive product and they said no. They don't see to try to sell things you don't need and they have given me good information about my product and what I need to do to keep them going.

Hale did a good job. I would say to people to give them a try.

Hello, this is a top notch company. I am so lucky to have found them. They were thorough and professional. They took out an overhead unit, repositioned to another location and also installed a Guardian Air in the main duct system due to smelling a downstairs smoker. This is a wonderful way to breath clean air. It really did the trick! They hired a crane service due to the height, and the Largo City Inspector said "good job". I highly recommend them.

In 2011 we had a completely new AC system put in. It gave us problems on numerous occasions, and each problem was dealt with professionally and promptly. After 2 years, Hales determined that our unit was not working as it should, so they went to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer replace all problem areas with new upgraded equipment, free of charge, and even the labor was free of charge. Hales went above and beyond what I would expect of an AC installer. They have our loyal business. I am still amazed at how they took care of us.

They were absolutely great. They were prompt and they delivered what they said that they would when they said that they would. Their workers were knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything that they did and they cleaned up after themselves. It was just an absolutely painless renovation. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I had a new system installed by Hales 2 years ago. I went with a Trane two stage unit that was top of the line for my home size. Install went well, though the finish of the project was not good. Where the unit goes into the attic the board was cut in reverse leaving an unpainted side exposed. They promised to return to paint it but this never happened. As well as using L brackets to hold it in place with the L sticking down. Fortunately, this is in the garage but just looks unprofessional. In the two years since install I have had parts replaced 3 times on the unit and continue to has issues. The service manager came out and checked things over and explained that even though this was the unit they recommended at the time they are having issues with them. I inquired into my warrenty and he promised to call the next day about about it, but have not heard from him in a week. I thought I was making an investment into my home but it seems I have purchased another problem.

They do a good job but they're expensive though. I paid $1000 for a fan motor. I like them.

Hale's A/C are the BEST. After almost getting taken for $1260 for something I did not need from Bayside A/C in July, we shopped around for a professional, competent, and HONEST company to meet our A/C needs. Hale's is the place. Everyone from their schedulers to the technicians, Ryan and Allen, were top-notch professionals. First, they don't operate on commission and when asked about it, they said they would ONLY offer a service or product we NEED, not sell us something to make the company money. How refreshing. During the air duct tests, they found some minor leaks in the system and gave us a written estimate for the repairs. It was very reasonable and we agreed to have them return on September 4 to complete the repairs, which will ultimately assist in reducing our A/C costs. In addition to that estimate, they completely serviced the A/C unit and gave us a written report as well as an explanation of what was done. Again, no up-sell or attempt to sell us anything. Two professional, courteous, and hardworking men. Highly recommend this company.

Ryan and Allen returned to complete the work from an estimate given on August 28. They arrived on time, completed the work promised and charged us on the lower end of their written estimate. They repaired and sealed all of the leaks shown in a detailed drawing. They cleaned after themselves when the work was completed. They told us their work was with a warranty, and if we had any issues or problems to call them. Hale's A/C is an excellent company. They do what they promise at a fair and honest price and don't try to sell you things you don't need. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your A/C needs.

The Team at Hale Air conditioning really impressed me. So many companies in FL are all about milking the cow till she has no more spots or milk to give, but not Hale. It was refreshing to deal with a company that understands and values the customer. I have not met the owner but hope to because I want to shake his hand and thank him for hiring the team I dealt with today. From the online quote that was replied to within 15mins of me submitting a request. To the Sales person who performed the on site estimate, a gentlemen named George who not only showed up on time, he also stuck to the original estimate and gave me honest answers, and didn't try to up sell me, like so many others had. And as it turned out he was able to give me a slightly lower price then the original estimate something I didn't think could ever happen in Fl. Best was that today the day of the install the install team was on time :) and truly worked as a team, two men named Kenny and Tim. How refreshing it was to have a service provider arrive on time and then act totally professional through out the day. I have a background in IT in various support roles and it was clear to me that both of these men understood the importance of customer service and process's. During the install they ran into a unexpected issue with the power to the unit on the roof. Though Id like to name the company that actually caused this issue during a roof covering project in Jan, I wont because it has nothing to do with the excellent service the Hale install team provided today. What is important is that because the install team worked as a team and adhered to there process's when confronted with the total curve ball that the electric issue was during the install, they didn't waste allot of time hymning and hewing once they determined it was a electric issue they reached out to a electric company that Hales uses, who assisted the install team in resolving the issue I think that gentlemen's name was Tim another very professional man ,because of this they where able to resolve the issue and complete the install. Throughout the install they provided me with clear communication on the progress they where making something I greatly appreciated...and they left no mess behind which really is something the other service companies in the area could learn from. Because of there professionalism and work ethics and over all pride in there work, I'm actually sitting a cool and comfortable condo for the first time in many months. I can honestly say that I'm not only pleased with the service Hale provided, I'm actually happy because they treated me like I mattered as much or more then my money, which is a very rare thing to find in our world today.... Thank you.

Our unit Trane XL 20i was 10 months old, when it stopped working. The installing company (Arthur Air)was too busy to do 'just warranty work', so we waited 5 days in the broiling heat(89 in the house). We were so miserable that we called another company. Thank goodness we did call Veronica at Hale's Air Conditioning. She sent her best Trane man, Gerald, to our house asap. He arrived in 2 hours when our own installing company had made us wait 5 days with no a/c. Gerald was an angel. He quickly assessed the situation and said that our fan motor was sitting in water as the drain pan had flooded the garage ceiling. The ceiling was sagging and hanging low over our cars. Our expensive Air Effects air cleaner attachment was also ruined by all the water that had backed up in the drain pan. Gerald purged the drain pan and installed a new fan motor the very next day. We had air for the second time in 9 days! We were so happy to have their professional help. We will definitely use Hale's Air Conditioning for all our cooling needs. They knew what they were talking about. They assessed everything and then explained what our options were. They were reliable and their service people really knew their business. The installation was fantastic.

Excellent work as always. They service both my condo and the home that I own in St. Petersburg. I would not use anyone else.

They recommended rebuilding and increasing the size of the supply air plentum and creating an additional return air duct for the size of our unit. When this work was done, there was a small tear in our ceiling's dry wall paper covering. They returned and fixed it at a later date. All the repairs were done professionally. We are pleased to have found a company we can rely on for air conditioning service.

They were very professional and they recommended an additional duct be installed and they were trustworthy. It was not a choice I had to use them. This is the company that Progress Energy works with and will give rebates on only.
