 + -1 moreI've been using the pool chemical services of Gulf Bay Chemical for over 20 years. They have never failed to be prompt and professional. Guests often comment on how great our pool looks. Gulf Bay inspects the system and recommends attention where needed. They do not pressure and I always find their cost to be fair. Recently, they also cleaned and re-sealed my deck. Again, they did a great job.
Description of Work: Maintain my pool chemicals. Complete filtration system repairs. Maintain my deck.

 + -1 moreI was referred to this company for weekly pool cleaning. They have one service tech who cleans the pool on one day and another one does the chemicals on a separate day. I started having problems with my pool. After quite a bit of servicing and a few dollars spent, the pool was still not working correctly. The chemical tech who did all the maintenance service told me the pool worked fine for him so we must be doing something to it over the weekend. Hired a different pool service who found the problem immediately, fixed it, and my pool has not had any more problems!
Description of Work: Pool cleaning and service...spent about $100/mo in cleaning but much more in maintenance

 + -1 moreThey are great. They show up on time and if there is any problem they come on the same day to fix it. They come on Friday to clean my pool and when I swim on weekends the pool is sparkling clean. They are very professional.
Description of Work: They clean our pool and test the water for the chemicals. We have been using them for a couple of years.

 + -1 moreWe have been using them for years. I worked with a person by name Dave and he is the head in this company. We initially got the estimate done and then he came exactly at the time that he said he would be coming. He installed a new surface box, removed the old heater and installed a new one. He finished his work in 3 hours and its working fine ever after it was installed. The quality is good and he called me back right away.
Description of Work: We used Gulf Bay Chemical to replace the heater.

 + -1 moreWe have been here for four years, and have used them the whole time, and they were servicing the pool for the previous owners. Having dealt with other pool services, when you get a good one, it is a real good deal, and this is a good company. Their prices are fair. They explained to me how everything works. The big surprise to me is how quickly they do respond to a service call. It seems to be the same people all the time. It looks like they keep their employees.
Description of Work: This is the charge for a month. They do come once a week. One person does the chemicals and one person does the cleaning. My pool is a large one.
