Description of Work: GEORGE HASELTINE IS THE FIRST REPAIR PERSON WHO I FELT DIDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY NAIVE SINGLE WOMAN FIRST TIME HOMEOWNER STATUS. I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT PLUMBING - TURNS OUT MY LEAKY KITCHEN FAUCET WAS A SIMPLE REPAIR BUT WAS LEAKING FOR MORE THAN ONE REASON - HE FIXED THE MAIN PROBLEM AND SHOWED ME HOW TO FIX THE SMALL PROBLEMS SO I COULD DO IT MYSELF IN THE FUTURE. HE SPOKE WITH ME FOR AWHILE ABOUT MY KITCHEN AND BATHROOM RENOVATION PLANS, AND WHAT PLUMBING ISSUES TO CONSIDER WHEN I START RENOVATING. HE IS TRUSTWORTHY, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND SEEMED MORE CONCERNED ABOUT ESTABLISHING A LONG-TERM SERVICE RELATIONSHIP THAN ANY OTHER REPAIR PERSON I'VE CALLED. I DON'T HAVE TO SHOP AROUND - HE'S GOING TO BE MY PLUMBER.
