Description of Work: Thier service was awful. When I called they said they would have look at it and get back to me the same day. They never did and it took them 4 more days to do anything on it athen found they needed a new graphics card. That took them over 2 and 1/2 weeks s to get the card and finally install it., this after I had to constantly call them every. They always said they were going to call me the following day and never did. Will never use them again.

+ -1 moreMy husband's computer refused to turn itself on, barring the little "on" light and the fan. I thought it was a problem with the power supply, but it turned out the motherboard had failed -- after a little more than two years of LIGHT use. Genie identified the problem and fixed it swiftly and professionally. This isn't the first time we've used them and it won't be the last.
Description of Work: Installed new motherboard on 2006 computer, cleaned up hard drive, installed and configured Internet security program (Vipr? -- something like that) on my husband's computer.
