ceramic tile, floor cleaning
+ 0 moreThe best experience ever with a vendor. Frank is very hard working and has good business ethics. It was a pleasure working with him on this Gulfport home restoration project!
Description of Work: Frank took a 1955 Gulfport home full of terrazzo floors that had been covered up for years and that needed to be cleaned, repaired, buffed and shined and made it look like a mirrored masterpiece floor! Frank was punctual, polite and gave a very reasonable price to my client. he was professional in every way. He even cleaned up after himself and put the furniture back that he had to move to do the work. He never complained. He went to work and did his job very, very well. I was so impressed with his work that I hired him for another job the next month. He is a gem and you will be pleased with his work ethic and his prices! I was! Great job Frank!

floor cleaning
+ -1 moreFrank was a little late but he called in advance. He and his assistant were polite and professional. I originally wanted to wax the bedroom floors also but Frank took the time to demonstrate that a few deep stains on the floor could not be completely and effectively removed and would only show through after waxing. I was happy that he was honest and reduced the price based on the revised work plan.
Description of Work: Removed tack strips and stripped terrazzo floors apx 450 sq. ft.

+ -1 moreMET WITH FRANK AND FOUND HIM TO BE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY STARTED WORK AROUND 2AM AND STRIPPED THE OLD WAX AND ADDED 3 COATS OF NEW WAX. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS PRICES AND QUALITY OF WORK.
Description of Work: STRIPPED AND WAXED TILE FLOORS IN ONE OF MY BUSINESSES. JOB WAS COMPLETED IN THE EARLY AM HOURS SO CUSTOMERS WOULD NOT BE NEGATIVELY IMPACTED.
