Floridian Pest Management

Floridian took care of my yard for many years but starting this year, the results were VERY poor. I called Dean TWICE in March and he never returned my call. We updated our alarm system and had video cameras on all sides of the house. When the technician came in April, he did NO treatment other than hanging a service card on the door saying he was done and all was well. I called immediately and canceled my service, instructing them to NOT charge my card. Shortly, they called me back, spinning a lie about how the tech didn't have his key and was planning to come back the next day (but the door hanger stated otherwise). In spite of the video evidence, they charged my card anyway so I disputed the charge. Now they have filed with the credit card company a blatant LIE that 90% of the job was done. Bottom Line: Service was non-existent, they charged for work they didn't do, won't return your phone call in spite of multiple attempts, they have NO SCRUPLES and readily LIE about the service they DIDN'T DO. Move along, PICK SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR YARD.

Professional company. They send me a detailed report of their findings each time they come out. Report also includes any treatments that were applied

Mike is always excellent! We have no weeds or problems with him servicing our lawn. Always on top of problems that may be starting.
