Description of Work: For heating and A/C, I used Florida's Choice. I had just purchased this home and I had home come and service the A/C that was there.

+ -1 moreThe drip pan for my A/C was filling up and dripping into my garage and wetting the garage ceiling. This occurred a few days after I had Graham Heating and Air Conditioning come out to perform a maintenance special they were running for $39.95. Coincidence? I really don't know. I called them on Saturday, Oct 10th, and the repairman arrived at my door on Monday AM, saying he just got the message. He told me the drip pan was to small for my air handler, and the whole unit needed to be reinstalled.
Description of Work: After a very unhappy occurrence with Graham Heating and Air Conditioning (go to Graham Heating and Air Conditioning for story) I had Mark come out and he fixed my A/C promptly and courteously. The drain was clogged.
