Description of Work: I had this firm in to assess terrazzo work done two years ago by another; that work is failing. They gave me what I thought was a reasonable assessment of the work that has failed. I further then had them rebuff a room of high traffic. They were quick to point out that other areas of the house did NOT need any attention. I was very satisfied with this service and interaction.

Description of Work: The work was good but they didn't tape the baseboards and they got stain on the baseboards, so now I have to paint those again.
