The service was okay. They sent out one cleaner, but she was not able to get everything completed in 4 hours. It would have nice if they would have sent out 2 cleaners, because the cleaner who came out was not as through as I would have liked her to be.

House cleaning was good the girl came on three ocassions and was very detailed.

I was going out of town for a week on business and my cat had become ill, requiring twice daily medications. I contacted Fairydust Services about tending to her for the week. My email query was promptly replied to and the owner, Donna, made an appointment to come to my home, meet Phoebe and discover my (and her) needs. Donna was extremely thorough and took extensive notes on the location of things as well as Phoebe's habits and preferences. She explained everything the pet sitter could do for Phoebe, as well as working out with me how they would proceed if I was delayed, should there be a natural disaster, etc. It was extremely comforting to work with an organization with such a thoughtful and comprehensive approach. Donna assured me that the sitter who visited twice a day would not only tend to Phoebe's food, medicine, water and litterbox needs, but would also spend at least an hour at each visit and spend the balance of the time interacting with Phoebe. The first day, I emailed from out of town just to make sure that there had been no unexpected hitches and Donna responded promptly to reassure me. Jan visited Phoebe twice a day and took care of everything, even bringing in the mail for me. She left a lovely note to let me know how Phoebe had been and I could see for myself that Phoebe had been well cared for. This was an extraordinarily positive experience. At each step I was impressed with Fairydust Service's concern, thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to use them again to take care of Phoebe and can't imagine using any other service. I was able to take care of my professional obligations because Fairydust took care of my friend.

I needed to hire a cleaning company that could work with my dogs, and Fairy Dust is just perfect, because they love pets and have a pet sitting business also. So, I was hoping for a match made in heaven, which is what I found. Donna scheduled me promptly after I bought the deal, and we settled on a date that worked well. She told me what they concentrated on and what areas I wanted to have special attention. Anna showed up promptly at 9:00, with a van full of cleaning supplies and equipment. The doggies greeted her with suspicion, but after a few sniffs they were best buds. I showed Anna around and added on a few things, which she said no problem, and then I was off to work. I came home to a clean house that smelled great, and a note from Anna, on what she was able to accomplish, and what needed to be a work in progress. I plan on hiring them for routine cleaning. I was very pleased with their service, and their ability to work around the doggies, and know the areas to concentrate on because of our pets.

went great; the person sent arrived on time and did a spectacular job. used organic/green cleaners so my house smelled wonderful when she was done. cleaned the main living areas, washed/steamed the tile flours and cleaned the entire bath.

I'm exceptionally happy with Fairy Dust and would -- and have -- recommended this company.

Whoever I spoke to was irate. I asked her about being bonded and insured, but she was nasty about it.

Donna called and scheduled immediately. Was very prompt and easy to schedule with. Anna came and did cleaning and was very kind and extremely hard working. Did a great job and didn't stop at all. Donna then immediately followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Very nice work and experience.

How many people want a new person coming to clean every time. For this amount of money, some continuity in the cleaner is necessary. Since then, I have found a service for less money, who is willing to have the same person always come to my house, and who does a better, more efficient job because she KNOWS the house and my wants. Very disappointed in Fairy Dust's lack of interest in continuity.

I purchased a coupon for four cleanings: An initial deep cleaning, and three follow up cleanings. When I called to schedule the first cleaning in November, Donna explained that they would not be able to get me on their schedule until January, because of the holidays. While I was disappointed, I understood that housecleaning is very labor intensive, and there are only so many hours in the day, etc. I mentioned to Donna that I had just had knee surgery and had been hoping for some help to keep the dog hair in our house somewhat under control, but that I also understood their limits. I asked that she contact me should they have a cancellation and be able to work me in. A few days later, Donna called to schedule all four visits! Hannah did a wonderful job with the first two cleanings, and the house really sparkled. Fairydust uses green products and they smell great, too. On both days, I felt comfortable enough to run some errands during the cleanings, and found Hannah still hard at work when I returned. It was great to come back to a really clean home. The final two cleanings were equally great (and I'm pretty picky) - my thanks to Alicia (sp?) and Judy. Each time, I was asked if there was a particular area I felt needed special attention, and they took extra care with those. I was so pleased with the quaIity of the work that I am hoping to hire Fairydust for regular twice monthly cleanings in the near future.

Off the top of my head, I do not recall what they charged for the service but it was reasonable. The cleaning was satisfactory and we got what we paid for.

The cleaning was excellent, particularly the two latter cleans. They were professional, thorough, pleasant, and did not express upset over the holiday clutter and pets! The two three hour cleans were excellent, and each time the cleaner (different at each clean) did an immaculate job on the tasks we identified at the initial start of the clean. They were very pleasant, I felt completely trusting, and I would definitely (and hope to) engage the services of FairyDust in the future. This was an Angie's Deal and the price was very good.

I called to set up an appointment when I had not heard from them for over a week after I purchased my big deal. I gave them my dates and information to contact me and heard from no one. When I called they could not get us in until Jan. and said with the $150 purchase they would not be able to work me in until next year as we were not priority clients. They had lots of large clients they have to take care of first.

I would highly recommend FairyDust housecleaning services. Their customer service is outstanding. The owner contacted me very soon after I purchased the Service. She walked me through everything that I could expect. And even though I scheduled this service right before the holidays she worked me into her busy schedule. She returned all calls promptly. The housecleaner arrived right on time. Her first visit was a 6 hour deep clean. She worked the entire 6 hours and really scrubbed down the bathrooms and kitchen and a giant sliding glass patio door. Everything looked great and smelled clean. Before she left she asked if there was anything else she could do, and after an inspection, I asked her to scrub one of the toilets again (we have hard water). She happily went right back to the bathroom and scrubbed that toilet again. Just outstanding attitude, polite, professional, courteous. I will be using them in the future... I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

The coupon I bought was only good for first time customers, so I had to pay more for the pet sitting. I have used their company before and am very satisfied.

They called prior to coming as a reminder and Liz came to show Hannah what to do. Hannah was nice and worked consistently. She even stayed a little over the four hours.

We've only recently begun working with Fairy Dust but I am extremely impressed so far. Donna is the consummate professional and an excellent communicator. We spent almost two hours in the initial consultation. She provided a comprehensive overview of her company history, staff (including pictures of each) and services including products she uses which are plant-based and safe for my pets. MOST IMPORTANT for us is that FairyDust is not just a dog-friendly but DOG-LOVING organization. Each of the staff members must be a pet lover and it's a great relief to know if I'm not home there will be no concerns. The initial house cleaning was incredibly detailed - almost a full day of getting in the nooks and crannies. We've not yet taken advantage of the doggy house sitting but based on initial impressions will very likely do so!

Another fantastic job done by the FairyDust team. Generally I am a pretty decent housekeeper, but every once in a while I want a top to bottom job done by professionals and that is when I contact FairyDust Services, Inc. I found Donna Brown and her team last year through Angie?s List (see my review July, 2012). A year had passed since their last cleaning and a contact was made via Angie?s List. As before, I received a quick response from Donna and we agreed upon a date and time. Bianca arrived on schedule and proceeded to clean. She was polite, professional, and thorough. She shared that she loved to clean and thought she knew all the best methods but admitted she had learned a lot from Donna. It appears Donna assures that all her staff clean the FairyDust way,which is fine by me! I will always use FairyDust Services for my cleaning..

The house was clean when they left and there were no problems. The workers were pleasant and worked hard.

FairyDust did a wonderful job of cleaning our home. We had tried another service provide previously and were not happy with the results. We switched to FairyDust and came home to a spotless house. My husband and I were very impressed with their thorough cleaning and attention to detail. We will continue using them for house cleaning and pet sitting. The owner Donna was very thorough and attentive before, during, and after both our house cleaning and pet sitting visit. She lets you know who will be coming in to your home to care for your house and animals which put us at ease.

Anna from Fairy Dust did a first-rate job of cleaning my c.1925 bungalow. I collect antiques and the place was full of bric-a-brac, so it was no easy job to work around all that. I have allergies and every time I had tried to clean, the dust triggered reactions that lasted for days, so I needed a specialist to help me out. The place smelled and looked wonderful - the best it's looked in ages - when Anna left. From now on, Fairy Dust will be my own "house fairy"!

FairyDust has been fabulous. The initial cleaning had our house sparkling. They come every two weeks after that first deep clean and my home is now always company ready. The person who cleans our home is a joy. She is amazing with our children and always does a thorough job. We are always 100% satisfied after she leaves. The owner has extremely high standards for cleaning and the entire company adheres to them. I now do no cleaning at all unless we spill something!! The pet sitting is another amazing feature. They watch our cats every time we go out of town. Frequently we have given little to no notice and they still came through. FairyDust also brings in your mail and makes your home appear lived in while you are away to prevent burglaries. We had a storm once and a door blew open. Luckily, FairyDust was there to shut it so our home wasn't open for days. The fee is much more reasonable than our vet, plus we have the convenience of not having to haul off to the vet right before and after a vacation. The cats are a lot happier in their own environment. I highly recommend FairyDust Services. They are trustworthy, responsible and always deliver what they promise.
