We have been using Fairy Dust since 2012. Donna comes out to your house for the initial visit to determine your needs and to give you an estimate. You have the same person come out each time to clean your house (which is really nice). If any changes do occur (e.g. - a new cleaning person, your cleaning person it running late, etc.), Donna will contact you to let you know. We are very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them!

They services they provided went very well.

They did a great job. The cleaning was very thorough and they got all the spots that previous companies missed, some I was even aware of!

We had them do pet sitting for us. Their pet sitting service was terrible. The owner did not come to herself after doing the walk through of the house and after showing her how to empty our robotic litter-box She had a college student come out that did not know what they were doing. They fed them but they did not empty the robotic litter box for 9 days.

There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They're good. The price was good. They're punctual and professional.

Outstanding cleaning service. On time, show up as scheduled, do a great job and bring their own cleaning supplies. They've been cleaning my home for two years and have never missed an appointment. They are flexible, if I need something special done they will accommodate me. Same person comes every week and if they change people they let me know and make sure the new cleaner accompanies the current cleaner to learn my house. If you are lucky enough to get into the Fairydust schedule you will be a happy customer.

Fairy Dust invested significant time to be certain that they understood our dog's needs. They provided excellent, professional care which gave us peace of mind.

We had a pleasant phone conversation regarding the bi-weekly cost of cleaning.

This was a last minute cleaning request before a party. I called them one day before the party, not expecting they would be available, but I was desperate. They called me back a few hours later and said they could do it. I was more than delighted. They advised me to go for the Angies List deal of 4 hours for $150, which I did. On Friday they called me and set up when they would be able to get there. She was there on time and worked steady for more than 4 hours, cleaning whatever I asked her to do, She was professional, nice, thorough, and considerate. Thank you Angies List and thank you FairyDust.

First of all, the quality and appearance of the person who came to provide service was of the highest caliber unlike ANY of the other companies I have had in the past which made me feel uncomfortable. The sweet and personable person who came was refreshing. The work was done as expected which caused me to request regular weekly services. The owner of the company is the reason. It starts from the top and goes down. If you are quality, you seek quality. If your expectations are at an appropriate level, you will make sure the people working under your name fulfills the expectations of that name and provides the service proclaimed by the company when a customer is met with. In the case of this company, I give them only the highest grade for service from their appearance, to their quality assurance, to their care in cleaning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the job to be done right. Although, no one cleans like I do, their cleaning is so close, I can only say Hip, Hip, Horrah!! Thank you Fairy Dust. I appreciate you. PS I noticed that my neighbor has already enlisted the services of Fairy Dust. HaHa

I purchased the Angie's List Deal they had that was 5 hours of cleaning for $149. The whole house sparkled and smelled very clean when Bianca was through with it. I am awaiting a call back to schedule a consult for a biweekly cleaning. However, they are a house cleaning service and NOT a house keeping service, meaning they don't do laundry or dishes, but they will make your bed. Overall, this was well worth the purchase!

It went so well! This is a fantastic group of people. Anna, our sitter would take time with our cats, feeding them, spending some time and also cleaning up after them (thank you!). The personal attention made it feel like we had family caring for our cats while we were away. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality service delivered with personal attention. in a word, Fantastic!

After I purchased the cleaning service I was contacted by the owner, who indicated that, due to staff shortages, her company would not be able to provide the cleaning as indicated in the Angie's List deal. Donna was very cordial and professional on the phone and explained in some detail the staffing issues that prevented any new clients from being provided services. My only critique is that if services could not be provided timely and this fact was already known, the services should not be advertised on Angie's List until they can be rendered again. Angie's List was very helpful in guiding me through the refund process.

I requested service for October 6. Fairy Dust e-mailed that offer is good for new customers and that is clearly defined in the small print. That kind of information needs to be in the large print. They already charged my credit and I want a refund since they will not do the work

I spoke with Donna about the service before purchasing it and she assured me that the house would get a deep cleaning. This is a house that has been lived in solely by a man for the last 3 years, so it really needed some help. We were able to work out a day that Fairy Dust would come out to the house to do the cleaning. As the date approached, our ceiling collapsed and we ended up having to have that repaired. Donna was very understanding and I had no difficulty rescheduling my appointment for me due to construction delays (a couple of times!). When we were funally able to have them come out, they met with us briefly and were very nice and professional. We explained specifically what we wanted to make sure was addressed. We were very impressed by the amount of cleaning done to the house for the price and are considering having Fairy Dust come out on a regular basis.

I purchased their service, and was contacted directly by the Fairy Dust Svcs. Representative. She said we were outside her service area. (About 1-2 miles.) I do not recall the exact date. So I entered 1/1/14. I would not say their service deserved an F, but there is not an option N/A to check for "Overall"

They contacted me the next day after I purchased the deal. When they called for scheduling, they explained that I was located out of their area. I had the deal refunded.

I met with Donna and her intake is extremely thorough and detailed. She offered me a choice of petsitters and I trusted that all of them are extremely competent and caring. Harry was wonderful - he went above and beyond, watering plants and the kitchen was immaculate when we returned. It seemed that our cats were disappointed to see us come through the door, instead of Harry. I would highly recommend Fairydust. Donna offers peace of mind and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Came home and my house smelled great. All the work that we talked about getting done was complete. The cleaner showed up on time and with all the equipment she needed to complete the job. Donna called me the next day to schedule the service at a time that worked well for me. Since this initial cleaning, we have hired Fairy Dust to come out every other week.

My initial appt was approx 2.5 weeks after contact. That was my choice as I wanted service on a Friday morning - Company's busiest time. Night before my appt, the house air conditioner went out, it was too hot to clean, and I had to postpone at last minute. Owner rescheduled at another time/day of my choice. Bianca arrived about five minutes before appointment time and went right to work. I don't think she stopped at all. Early in the appointment time, I left the house for 45 minutes, and came back to work in progress. I will seriously consider re-using the service.

It was great. We really noticed a positive difference in the shower. They did a great job in the kitchen. They called me a day or two later to schedule. Communication was really good as they sent me a reminder that they were coming and called after to see how everything went. I let them know during this call that everything went great and that there was a residue left on the sinks.

It went well. The cleaning was good, if unspectacular.

Anna arrived on time at 9:15am and went right to work. She didn't stop until she left almost 8 hours later. She was very friendly with our dog and wasn't phased by the pet hair from our dog and cat. We plan to arrange for regularly bi-weekly cleanings and hope that Anna will be assigned.

Two young women and Donna arrived at the time scheduled. Donna walked them through the house and explained what was to be done. The cleaners, Alicia and Cristy, immediately got to work. They brought in all their equipment and got straight to work. They worked for 6 1/2 hours without a break. Even though I tried to beg them to take one! I felt perfectly safe leaving them for several hours, and when I returned they both were scrubbing, mopping and dusting. They also babysat the 2 cats. One slept and the other watched every move they made.I can't complement Alicia and Cristy enough for their hard work and attention to detail. I even learned a few things, as to how cleaning louvered doors can almost be easy!!! They were both lovely and so hard working. When they left after their fantastic cleaning, my house was smelling good and everything was shiny and bright. I am delighted with the results and have decided to continue with Fairydust every two weeks.
