I found Dynamic Steam Carpet Cleaners on Angie's List....and since they got rave reviews I decided to give them a call. I'm so glad I did. Roger was competent and very professional. The morning of the scheduled appointment, he called prior to arriving to let me know that he was on his way. I appreciated that. When he arrived, he immediately got to work cleaning the carpets, as well as a sofa and side chairs. He worked quickly but thoroughly, and afterwards I was very pleased with the results. Best of all, there was no lingering "carpet cleaner smell" you sometimes get with newly cleaned carpets, and amazingly even though it was a rainy day, the carpets dried pretty quickly. I was very pleased with the work done by Dynamic Steam Carpet Cleaners and I highly recommend them without reservation.

We have used this company before and have always been satisfied; rugs are picked up at appointed time and returned promptly.

I closed on the house on a Friday. On Saturday morning, I noted some lingering smoke smell and went to Angie's list to find someone to clean the carpets. He was there in a couple of hours and did a great job. He even helped me move a big box from the move.

Roger is always fast to respond, efficient & professional in his work, and doesn't try to sell you a bunch of things you don't want or need. He's someone I trust with the keys to my property, which says volumes. Highly recommended.

Roger did an excellent job! We have 2 young children and I wasnt sure some of the stains would come out, but when he was finished the rugs looked like new! He has cleaned the cushions/upholdstry in our sail boat, and those too, look excellent. I will definately call Dynamic Steam next time. He was on time and worked very efficently.

Overall, I am very pleased with with the results.

He did a fantastic job! We have very old carpets. We also have two dogs and a cat which have made a mess of the carpets. I have tried to clean them myself but I was not very successful. I was amazed how great they looked and smelled after Roger cleaned them. I definitely plan on using Roger's service in the future!

It went very well. Roger showed up on time. He was very professional. He showed up on time, and immediately got to work. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in awhile, plus we'd had a dog, so the cleaning was long overdue, but in spite of all that, the entire process took less time than we'd actually anticipated, and Roger did an outstanding job!!! When it was all finished the carpets looked like new, and they also dried a lot faster than we thought they would. So all in all we had a GREAT experience. I'd definitely recommend Dy-namic Steam Carpet Cleaners, and I'll be using them again in the future.

Mr. Townsend is an absolute professional to work with. He arrived at my residence on time and listened very carefully as to what I needed to have him do. After discussing the desired work, Mr. Townsend set to work cleaning the white bedroom carpeting first, followed by the two upholstered chairs. He's a "one man show" and does his very professionally and meticulously. I couldn't be happier with the results and there was no clean up afterwards! Mr. Townsend is easy to work with, punctual, a fair in pricing. I would definitely call upon him in the future and recommend him to relatives and friends.

Fantastic - this was quality work for an excellent price. My stairs and carpets look and smell great. I will happily hire Dy-namic to do any carpet cleaning from now on.

Roger came to our home and gave an estimate and then set a date to clean 3 rooms of carpet and a tiled bathroom floor. He showed up on the chosen day, but was an hour later than he had first said. He was amazed at the look of the 17yr. old poly-Berber carpet, when it came out looking almost brand new! I told him that I had paid a lot for the carpet in 1991 and that it paid to buy premium. The tiled bathroom floor was another amazing transformation. It was put down in 1955 and when he got thru, it looked great! It took him about 2 hours and when he was thru, he cleaned up any mess and was very efficient.

They were on time, finished the job in a good time frame.
