About us

We are a family owned and operated roofing company specializing in but not limited to residential reroofing. Our work is done by our own hourly-paid, factory-trained people and never any subcontractors. We are well known in the Tampa Bay Area for our Bear letters that we hand-deliver to nearby neighbors of our upcoming jobsite's the night before our work, which include an apology for any disruption our work may cause and a cinnamon Teddy Bear refrigerator magnet as a token of our apology.

Description of Work: Excellent customer and sales service. Open communication throughout the process. Awesome lifetime warranty on workmanship, annual inspections done by them. Any work needed or material is at their cost. About 20 people showed up around 7am for the tear off, then they had the new roof done before 3pm. Was very impressed, I'm satisfied so far.

Description of Work: I am really pleased with an absolutely fabulous job. Almost 30 men were on the roof putting on 45 squares of premium shingles. Old shingles removed, decking nailed to new code, membrane on, and ridge vents and 3/4 of shingles were on by 3 pm when a cloudburst hit. Job was completed by 11 am the next day. Every nail hand pounded (no nail guns), everything cleaned up, and the workers were polite, respectful and a pleasure to have at our house. Class A job! (and it looks great.)

Description of Work: It needs to be said that while they replaced my roof they never did fix the leak by my patio roof. They replced a tile roof with shingles and therefore had to remove my gutters. The gutters were never replaced properly even having one section falling off at a later date. When I called to have it fixed I was told they didnt do gutters. I wrote to the owner who responded and sent someone out to fix the gutter problem. It was never fixed properly and the person sent out drilled holes in my front gutter which causes it to pour water all over my front porch.Would never use them again and would definitely nmot recommend them to anyone ever.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SOME OTHER BIDS WE HAD. THEY HAVE A CREW OF ABOUT 20 MEN AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE DAY. THEY ALSO HAD A CREW FOLLOW UP TO INSURE THE INITIAL JOB WAS DONE PROPERLY.
Description of Work: INSTALLED A DIMENSIONAL SHINGLE ROOF AND A BUILT-UP ROOF. THE SHINGLES WERE HAND NAILED AND NOT INSTALLED WITH A NAIL GUN.

WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THEY HAD ABOUT 25 WORKERS ON THE ROOF THE MORNING OF THE WORK. IT TOOK TWO DAYS, THEY CLEANED UP THEIR WORK AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
