They checked my ducts and because of the age as the house was built in 1968 and we have a two story house, the company was unable to clean my ducts. Cleve was very thorough, honest and very patient to explain why he could not clean our ducts. He was very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I did ask Cleve to have a tech come in to clean the dryer vent. and so he made any appointment for the tech to come today. The tech was running early and so he called me and asked if he could come over and do the cleaning. Blair was very professional both in his work and in dealing with me. He did an excellent job in cleaning the vent and in putting everything back in place. I would highly recommend this company.

It went very well. The first phone contact was friendly and professional. They were able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule quickly. The technician was right on time, friendly, and knew his job very well. Here and done in just over half an hour. I felt the cost was a little high for the easy job that it was. But I needed to have it done and now it is done and I am completely satisfied. In fact, I had them do the same job at my mother's house.

Fabulous! They found a problem with the vent system duct and repaired it nicely at a very reasonable cost. Blair was extremely competent, polite, and very professional. I would use them again with out question! Highly recommend

Our 2/1 bungalow in Crystal Beach is over 50 years old. We had it inspected before we bought but I guess the inspector didn't find everything. We now rent our bungalow out since my husband works out of Orlando now. Little did we know, the small addition (laundry/sun room) to the back of the house had the dryer vented into the wall. Finally after all these years this set of renters noticed the drywall bowing and appeared damp. The maintenance person found the dryer was vented into the wall. Our real estate manager found one estimate, I found Ductz of Tampa on Angies list. Very happy with their quick response, price, work, everything. Would use again.

Top notch experience!!!From the pleasant phone reception of Marie-----very helpful & accommodating when I had questions,as this was the 1st time I have ever requested this type of service......to the technician,Blair;who called me personally to let me know he was ahead of schedule on a really terrible day weatherwise.(wasn't even sure if this work could be accomplished in all the rain that day)Blair arrived in very timely fashion:was very pleasant--and answered all my questions knowledgeably:it was obvious he is experienced & knows his business. A few days after this prompt,professional service call:I noticed that the vent cap was on the ground--obviously broken off (probably due to age and the elements----the original fixture.I could see that small animals and water could easily get into the opning contacted Marie as soon as I noticed this.)While this may seem like a relatively easy "fix' to some folks---I am not handy at all & Marie was very understanding:set up another appointment with Blair to come on out and repair. I also REALLY appreciate that these technicians have all the necessary parts available on the truck!I made arrangements to meet Blair here for the job:but when I came home for lunch that day-----he had already come & gone:replacing the necessary parts,and I didn't need to come back to be available. I will DEFINITELY contact Ductz again for future service.These days,it's really hard to find people who work independently & who follow through with their work,without involving the customer.I have been very favorable impressed. I got this company's info based solely on Angie's List reviews,so am happy to add my endorsement to the list of very satisfied customers!

Arrived on time, very professional, completed work in about 30 minutes, guaranteed work.

Made a call to Ducts, and a day later, a man came and checked the vents, and a problem area that we had noticed. He emailed his proposal to us within a few hours. The estimate was well within reason, so we made an appointment for them to come with in the week. They arrived on time, got right to work, covered everything that might get dusty, did everything that was on the proposal, cleaned up, and could not have been more polite. I could not have asked for a more efficient and professional company. I liked that the proposal broke the work down, so we could determine just how much we wanted done, and the cost of each service. I found that to be a very up front, honest approach.

Daniel arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. He was very polite and personable. He checked the ducts at the location and cleaned as necessary.

It went GREAT!!! The appointment was at 11:00am, Cleve was five minutes early which I very much appreciated. He was very professional and honest. Told us that the ducts did not cleaning and showed me the pictures he took and said everything looked good. I wasn´t expecting this!! Great to know that there are still HONEST PEOPLE out there.

I was very dissatisfied with them because I told them that they had to get up on the roof to clean it and they sent this kid out. I had paid him thinking that it was clean, but I still couldn't get my clothes dried and had to call somebody else. I told them that I was having trouble with my lint trap and they needed a ladder to get up on the small pitched roof to actually get it. I had already went through the inside, but I knew that it had to be up on top. The kid came with like this 8 ft. ladder and I told him that it wasn't going to reach because I also have an 8 ft. ladder, so he went up into the attic. He was a nice kid and was probably only 19 or 20, but I never called him back because within a week or two I still was not getting anything dried. He might had just loosened it up. Their price was good and all, but they didn't take care of the solution. They sent out a kid and he didn't have the equipment, but their responsiveness was good. They gave me a discount, but it was a waste of money because he didn't do the job that he was supposed to do.

They were very honest and professional. Turns out my duct work is fine but he did take the time to educate me about getting the right kind of filter and vacuuming the slotted closet door thats the air return for the unit. I was very impressed.

Cleve came out to do an estimate for a complete cleaning of all the ducts in a home we'd just purchased. He was very honest, letting us know that all the A/C ducts were clean, and only recommended the dryer duct cleaning (if we wanted it). He was not pushy in the least, and did not try to upsell any services we did not need. He was on-time for our appointment, easy to communicate with, and most important to us...he did not try to scam us. We felt that the price was fair, so we made an appointment for the following week for the dryer vent cleaning. The technician was right on-time and professional as well, making the overall experience a most pleasant one during a time of utter chaos for my wife and me. I highly recommend Ductz of Tampa Bay, and plan to hire them in the future.

Very professional! We called Ductz on Monday and got an estimation appointment for Tuesday. Cleve the estimator is very knowledgeable and he explained in details what is the condition of the ducts in my unit and addressed my concerns. I had complained about an odor in the unit and he explained that the odor is not from the air ducts but possibly there is another source of moisture problem. He gave me a quote but didn't try to push me any work and was very honest about their scope of work. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

Very positive experience. I called Ductz of Tampa Bay on Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday morning. Blair arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). He wasn't dismayed by the challenge of getting the dryer out of the laundry closet, which is small, with little room to maneuver. He popped off the heavy bifold door and carefully removed the dryer. Since it's not possible for me to move it, there was quite a bit of dust and lint behind it. I went and got a hand vacuum, but Blair said he would clean it up for me, since he had his shop vac. The vent is quite long, running up the wall, then above the garage ceiling, and out the back. He cleaned from the dryer side, running the tool as far as it would go, then went outside and cleaned from that end. He carefully put the dryer back, and when he turned it on, the remaining lint which had been in the joints of the vent came blowing out of the outside vent, as expected. He cleaned that up, as well. He put the bifold door back on and made sure it was working properly. Blair was friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend him and his company.

Ran the brush up the vent and sucked it clean with the vacuum. Crawled on the roof and took the lint out of the opening. Came, went, no fuss and the price was right.

I emailed the company to set up the appointment. I requested a 6pm appointment so I could be home when the tech arrived. Unfortunately, I was not able to observe the actual cleaning because Blair arrived 30 minutes early. He performed the work when I was not home. He told me about it when I arrived home. The vent looks clean but I wanted to watch the process and see what came out of the vent. He did not call me with the new arrival time. I had a $15 coupon from Angie's List magazine. The regular cost is $85.

They came out twice. Once to inspect my ducts to see if they needed to be cleaned and once to clean my dryer vent. They were great. They were honest with me and did not try to sell me on something I did not need. They did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent and their price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Jim at Ductz and his crew worked very hard to make sure that we were happy with our AC system. They had to come out a couple times to get things right as we had a very challenging installation in a small crawl space. None of the other AC contractors we talked to would even attempt this installation but these guys got it in. Because they had to come back an extra time they also agreed to add some extra equipment at no extra charge. We now have cool air again exactly where we wanted it and we have no complaints. Thanks go to Ductz and their hardworking guys.

Cleve Bothwell came out gave estimate and followed up durning cleaning. Three (3) men seven (7) hours. Left home clean and were excellent to deal with.

Blair from Ductz was at my home a very short time. I had never had my dryer vent professionally cleaned as it is only about 4 ft. from the dryer to the outside wall. However, a highly rated Angie's List dryer repair company would not even come to my home to replace my dryer thermostat or guarantee any parts/labor unless I first had the vent cleaned, even when I explained it was short, could be seen with the eye, and did not wind up through an attic. I have always cleaned the duct myself with a shop vac, but in order to have my dryer repaired, I called a duct service this time. Ductz was considerably cheaper than Advanta so went with the cheaper one, which also gave me a $15 Angie's discount. Blair arrived and was surprised at the short duct. He basically did what I do, took out a vac and ran it through and charged me $70. When I asked if he would at least vacuum out the inside of the dryer for any lint that had fallen through, Blair did not even remove the bottom front panel of the dryer(which I suggested) but simply jammed the vacuum hose down through the slit for the lint trap, bending it slightly. I did not feel this was a professional service and certainly not worth $70.

It was very well done. They didn't damage anything, and everything was cleaned out.

They did a good job for me! There were about seven or eight workers that came to my house and completed the job in one day. The workers were nice and courteous. They were in the attic all day and they finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up their entire mess. I'm breathing a lot better now and the estimate I received from the owner was the best one.

I did not think this service was worth the price, especially since the ducts were in bad shape that I was not aware of.
