Description of Work: Serviceman arrived to look at duct work to determine if they needed cleaning. The duct work was fine therefore didn't need cleaning. Also we were told the duct work was fiber glass, not metal, therefore cleaning would not be done. Since no work, no charge. Very pleasant, honest, has work ethics and integrity. Highly recommend.

RECOMMENDED AIR HANDLER BE CLEANED AND PROVIDED ESTIMATE. EXCELLENT SERVICE. WHILE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, HE WAS ABLE TO GO DOWN THE STREET TO A NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE AND THEN MY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE TO INSPECT THE DUCT WORK. VERY ACCOMMODATING.

Description of Work: WE HAD THEM COME OUT TO EVALUATE OUR A/C SYSTEM/DUCTS TO SEE IF A CLEANING WOULD HELP REDUCE THEM AMOUNT OF DUST AND DIRT IN OUR HOUSE. THE TECH SPENT ABOUT 20 MINUTES ON SITE LOOKING OVER OUR A/C, AFTER WHICH HE INFORMED US THAT OUR DUCTS WOULD NOT BENEFIT FROM A CLEANING. HE ALSO GAVE US A FEW TIPS THAT WOULD HELP WITH THE DUST/DIRT THAT MAY BE CIRCULATING THROUGH OUR A/C SYSTEM (JUST NOT BUILDING UP IN IT). CONSIDERING THAT THEY DIDN T CHARGE ANYTHING TO INSPECT THE SYSTEM, I FIND THIS KIND OF HONESTY VERY REFRESHING AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR THAT REASON ALONE.
