Description of Work: Very professional, fast, on time, courteous and cleaned up completely after done. They told me there wasn't any insulation in back roof of house. No one else mentioned it. The duct cleaning cleared up my allergic reaction to dust, mold and pollen. I used an Angies List coupon and saved $50.

+ -1 moreVERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT KEEPING EVERYTHING CLEAN AND LAYING OUT SHEETS TO KEEP DUST FROM GETTING TO THE FURNITURE. WERE HERE FOR 8 HOURS. PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN OTHERS BUT THEY SEEMED TO KNOW THEIR BUSINESS AND BROUGHT IN THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT.
Description of Work: VACUUMED AIR DUCTS, WASHED DUCT COVERS AND AIR RETURN AREAS. WE HAVE 12 VENTS AND 2 AIR RETURNS. IF WE NEEDED THE AIR HANDLER AND ITS DUCT DONE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED ANOTHER $300. WE HAD TO HAVE THIS AIR HANDLER REPLACED BEFORE DUCTBUSTERS MADE IT TO OUR HOUSE SO THIS SERVICE WAS NOT NEEDED.

ON TOP OF THAT HE GAVE US A TON OF GREAT ADVICE AS TO THE CARE OFF THE AIR HANDLER AND THE SYSTEM IN GENERAL - EVEN GAVE SOME ADVICE ON CARE OF THE CARPET IN THE BEDROOM. TOP NOTCH SERVICE, COMPLETELY HONEST AND QUITE PLEASANT - WE WILL KEEP THEIR CARD AND WHEN WE DO NEED SERVICING THEY WILL THE FIRST AND ONLY COMPANY WE CALL.

Description of Work: DUCTBUSTERS CLEANED OUT MY DRYER VENT, AND THAT IS A GOOD THING. WHAT I DID NOT REALIZE, AND WHAT I WOULD CHANGE, IS THAT THE TECHNICIAN BLEW ALL THE LINT ONTO MULCH IN THE YARD. THERE WAS NO GOOD WAY TO CLEAN THAT MESS UP. IN THE FUTURE, I WOULD HOPE THAT THEY WOULD PUT DOWN A DROP CLOTH OR LET THE HOMEOWNER DECIDE IF IT MIGHT BE LESS THAN ATTRACTIVE TO HAVE LINT ALL OVER THE YARD.

+ -1 moreWe contacted Duct Busters from your list, and they set up an appointment quickly, and sent a rep that arrived half an hour EARLY, which was good, and he did a thorough check of our ducts and AC. His results: "You dont need your ducts cleaned. I will do it for you if you insist, for $500 but you dont need it." Yes it was unexpected, because after having jack hammering of our bath and kitchen floors following a slab leak, we had cement dust all over the house. The areas being jack hammered should have been sealed off better, I think. It has taken me weeks to conquer the dust, and one spot remains to do. It was awful. But if they say we dont need it, Ill keep fighting the dust as it comes, and be glad to save SOMETHING.
