CLEVE BOTHWELL CAME TO MY HOUSE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON CLEANING OUR AIR DUCTS. ANOTHER COMPANY HAD PERFORMED SIMILAR WORK BUT TOLD US WE HAD A SERIOUS MOLD PROBLEM AND THAT OUR DUCTS WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED AT A COST OF $7000. MR. BOTHWELL CAME IN, EXAMINED OUR AIRDUCTS, TOOK PICTURES, AND TOLD US WE HAD NO MOLD, OUR SYSTEM WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND THAT WE HAD A SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH DUST. HE SAID THAT IF WE WANTED TO HAVE IT CLEANED HE WOULD GIVE US A QUOTE BUT THAT IT WAS NOT A NECESSITY. HE WAS HONEST AND I APPRECIATE THAT IMMENSELY. IF WE DECIDE TO HAVE THEM CLEANED WE WILL ONLY USE THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BASED ON THIS REFRESHINGLY HONEST EXPERIENCE.

INSTALLED A FIRE PROOF HOSE CONNECTION BETWEEN VENT AND DRYER(NO ADDITIONAL COST). OUR OLD HOSE CONNECTION WAS CRUMPLING UP AND NOT PROVIDING PROPER VENTING.
