Very well overall. There were a few areas where they failed to clean up some debris from the vents. It did seem a little pricey but we were very happy with the service.

Couldn't tell a huge difference, but since it had never been done in over 12 years, I know it probably improved the efficiency of my dryer.

I called Ductz on Wednesday and arranged a time for Cleve to come and give an estimate on having the air ducts cleaned on Friday. He was on time and very professional and friendly and gave me the news that there was no work to be done. The ducts were clean. Such an honest service. It was great!

Great! They were able to come out same day. Cleaned vent, pointed out where vent was not properly installed through roof, and propped a tile so it would work until a roofer can come out and make a permanent repair. The difference in our dryer efficiency is like night and day. Well worth the money and we're sorry we didn't call them sooner!

They are excellent people. They are very kind, considerate and honest. They showed up on time to do the work. They estimate they provided ended up being higher than it should have because when they got in they realized that the job wasn't as extensive as they thought. Because of this they took of $150. This is why I say they are very honest, they didn't have to tell us about it because we would have had no way of knowing. We will continue to use them for future service.

Very well. They quickly provided a quote and applied the Angie's List discount. They serviced my dryer within a week. The technician was courteous and worked quickly, cleaning up very well after himself. In all a very delightful experience.

Jon was very professional, and did a great job on cleaning the dryer ducts. He checked the HVAC ductwork and said they did not need cleaning, remarking on how he could see the original lining. He showed us pictured of the clean ducts. This is after an HVAC contractor serviced our AC and said we needed to clean the duct work, and estimated the cleaning at $700.

Jon arrived on time and completed the work within the hour. He was very polite and explained everything he did and found! This has never been cleaned since the home was built in 1991. I felt the service and professionalism was outstanding.

I called Marie, a very pleasant lady, to arrange for my dryer vents to be cleaned. John arrived right on time and did a great job. He was in uniform, polite, answered all questions, explained what he was doing and why, and cleaned up after himself. He was a professional young man and was interested in doing a thorough job for me. The best part is that my dryer worked twice as fast after John did the job. I highly recommend John and this company.

The company was very professional. The lady answering the phone was very nice and they were very responsive to questions. I requested a call back from the technician to ask questions, and he called back very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Incredibly professional, showed up when they said they would, cleaned entire A/C. Even my A/C service did not even mention that the coils were disgusting! Emailed before and after photos. Will be using these guys again!

Cleve could have told us that we needed a duct cleaning and we wouldn't have doubted him. Instead he said that our system was functioning perfectly and if we keep changing the A/C filter as we do it'll probably be 10 - 15 years before we need a cleaning. I guess if a job is not worth doing it's worth not doing right.

This company came out, crawled up in the attic and told me my ducts didn't need cleaned. They were very honest and we had a pleasant experience with this company. I would use them again when it's time to clean the ducts.

It was an A experience. Now I can dry my clothes in one round. The young man was very professional.

Hire this company. The person answering the phone was courteous and efficient, the technician was on time, knowledgeable, neat and performed an excellent dryer vent cleaning including rooftop screen cleaning. They deserve an A+. It's not often you come across a company that actually delivers on the service they profess to be experts in.

It was fine. It was not a big deal. They showed when they said the would and did what they were suppose to. I appreciated that because I had to take off work to meet them.

The man that came to the house was very nice and took my son outside to see if the oily black specks were coming from the A/C. He really checked everything. He said my air ducts were clean too.

From the initial call to them they had great customer service. My appt. Was scheduled promptly, and they arrived right on time. They cleaned the duct work and the dryer is working much better now. I would recommend their services.

Professional. The first guy took digital pictures so we could see what was going on. They also before and after pictures as well. We think they did a great job.

I originally contracted Ductbusters to just clean the ducts and replace 2 that were damaged. Their original quote was not to exceed $1,000. When the workers arrived and took a more detailed look under the house, they discovered some of the mains were sitting on the ground, absorbing moisture. They offered a quote to replace the entire ducts and mains for just $800.00 more. My HVAC contractor quoted me $3,000 for doing the same work. They even took pictures for me, so I wouldn't have to crawl under the house.
