Fine. They responded promptly to our call for service and did not charge us a service call for coming out to inspect.

Very pleased with service. Had Ductz inspect the ducts, thinking they would need to be cleaned after remodeling project. Estimator took pictures and informed me that ducts are in good shape and no need for cleaning! Very impressed with his honesty. Did get the dryer vent cleaned and very pleased with that service.

Today''s team was professional and courteous.I have actually used this company for years. Last year I had several concerns regarding lack of professionalism and carelessness by two new techs sent to my home. I discussed the issue with Ductz owner. The problem was addressed promptly and seriously. This year the dryer vent cleaning was on the house! Tthe new tech team were careful with the dryer and managed their job in a professional manner Ken and Richard were the techs today and they were on time and were pleasant. They covered the carpeting before setting up equipment.They found the lost cat toys while cleaning the dryer space so Bella sends a shout out too. Cleaned up afterwards. Both politely answered all questions and seemed knowlegeable.My dryer is now drying in half time so as in the past the vent cleaning was very useful is reducing dry time required.FYI both Ken and Richard like Fago Red soda pop so be sure if you have one on hand to offer them a can or two

Went great. Very professional, on time, outstanding work done... you can eat off floor of our AC unit. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to be around during the job. They took the time to explain the process and the work done. We are very pleased and will continue to use Ductz for our AC needs.

Cleve arrived on time, was polite and well groomed. After he checked out the AC handler and peered into a couple of ducts he let me know the system looked clean and did not need anything at this time. He showed me a photo of the inside of my duct and we both looked at the handler together. He instructed me where to clean the unit to maintain performance. Unfortunately, my condo has square shaped fiberglass ducts that would require hand cleaning so here's hoping they stay mold/filth-free :)

They were in and out and cleaned up everything. I had no problem with them. They showed up on time as promised. There is value for what they did. It was not just a quick and easy little off to the side like a lot of homes have. Their price was well worth it. They were prompt, very tidy and cleaned up after themselves on time.

They arrived on time. Covered all the floors where they were working. did the cleaning and left t he house as tidy as before.

They did a great job. They took before and after pictures. They told me what was good and bad about my system and what I might have to repair in the future. They seemed really thorough and did all the work in one day. The workers were good and we did not have any complications with them. We would recommend them to others.

Tech arrived slightly early. Moved dryer. Disconnected vent tube. Cleaned dryer vent shaft with vacuum. Went on roof and cleaned vent outlet. Replaced vent tube. Put dryer back. Cleaned up after. Total time was approximately 40 minutes. Excellent job. Great tech. Will use again.

They did the work that they said they were going to do. They charged what they said they were going to charge. They did good work. I am not 100% convinced of the usefulness of doing what they did. They were honest and told me how much it would cost and how long it would take.

They said that my air ducts didn?t need to be cleaned. That is rare because most repairmen can find something that needs to be repaired. Mr. Ray is the owner. If I wanted them to clean the ducts of my dryer, they offered to do it for a price. They did an excellent job. I have allergies. I was having quite a bit of dust in my house. I thought of having my ducts cleaned and I thought that I was having some kind of hole in my duct or an unwrapped duct. So, I called two different companies and I chose them. They made an appointment to come out and they came out the next day. The technician did the inspection, brought his own ladder, went up into my attic, went into the crawlspace, took a camera to look inside the ducts, took some digital pictures and showed that there was no dirt or debris in the ducts. They did that in several different duct locations. He said that he would clean it, but it wasn?t necessary at this time. After he came out, he put everything back and turned the lights off; he said he would be glad to clean the dryer ducts if I needed it to be cleaned. It was a very reasonable price. He said that he would charge around $75 to come in, clean it out and blow it out. He told me that I was not having any problems. He tried to solve the dust problem I had. My overall experience was great. They called me back, made an appointment and came the next day. If need be, then I would use their services in the future.

They were great!!! They did the duct test and gave me an estimate, then returned to do the work on time on the date we set. They charged over $1000 (yes, you read that correctly) LESS than another company that I had called to do an estimate before I asked Progress Energy to do my energy adit - I used Ductz to do the duct test $30, per PE's rate, and was totally happy with everything they did. My electric bill was nearly $80 lower this past month as a result of this duct work and the subsequent insulation work that was done by Progress Enrgy approved and Angie's list-recommended vendors. He called to ask if he could come early, which was fine with me. He wanted to check the outside of the vent on the roof, but our H.O.A. doesn't allow anyone to walk on our tile roofs, and we decided that opening the vent pipe in the attic wouldn't be a good idea or even do the job. He explained the different types of roof vents so that I can follow up on this since I'm a board member for the H.O.A. He answered my questions knowledgeably, letting me know that my washer and dryer are 25 years old and "on their last legs". But he reassured me that even if I buy a new dryer, I still would have had to get the vent cleaned. He also gave me some good suggestions about how to position a new washer and dryer in my laundry room, as well as the vent outlet and the water supply. We chatted for a bit about personal things before he left, and then he called to thank me for the chat because it may have kept him from being involved in a car accident that had just occurred at the entrance to our community!

From the first call, Ductz was professional and extremely competent. Having recently had a lung transplant, I needed to ensure that my air ducts were free of mold. The owner himself came and provided the estimate and delivered the work (two separate visits), which really underscored that they appreciated my concern that the job be done right. The work itself took several hours and was by any definition comprehensive, utilizing specialized tools for duct work. Great service.

It was wonderful. They were very fast. They were here on time and in no time at all they were done and gone. I thought the price was fair. I had a coupon from Angie?s List book.

It was wonderful. It was done quickly efficiently and for the price quoted. I also asked them to see whether my AC and heating ducts needed to be cleaned out. They took a look and said no they are clean as a whistle. They took pictures and showed me how clean they are. That saved me 1000 because I have 10 vents in the house. That honesty just made me a loyal customer forever.

It was a very satisfactory job. On the air exchange we were getting water dripping down below. They finally sent a guy out afterwards and he leveled the drain pan. When he leveled the drain pan it stopped, so I recommend them. They knew what they were doing. They did a good clean out. They took the air handler apart when they clean it.
