+ -1 moreIt went very well over-all. I was very pleased I called Duane's.
Description of Work: Duane's was the second company I called. The first company I called could not provide an over-the-phone estimate and the possible price range was too broad so I called Duane's Hauling. I received a reasonable estimate OVER THE PHONE (which , by the way, was cheaper than the bottom of the range given by the first company). Duane was able to provide same day service at the time we agreed. His crew had to negotiate the removal of a large, heavy bottle cooler from a precarious position behind my bar WITHOUT CAUSING DAMAGE to the bar. Duane stuck with the quoted price and the whole operation was successful in spite of my doubts that it was possible to achieve. Duane's crew was efficient and polite. While they were there, I asked them to move a few other heavy items which added to the price. I would definitely call them again. They were courteous and appreciative for the opportunity which add to the experience from a customer point of view.

+ -1 moreDUANE SURELY HAD A TEST OF HIS PATIENCE ON THIS JOB AS HE COORDINATED WORK FOR TWO SETS OF HOMEOWNERS WITH AN ADJOINING PROPERTY. HE PASSED THE TEST WITH FLYING COLORS. HE CHARGED A TOTAL OF $250.00, OF WHICH WE PAID $150 AND OUR NEIGHBORS PAID $100. ACCORDING TO MY HUSBAND WHO WAS WORKING IN BACK WITH THEM, DUANE AND HIS 2 ASSOCIATES WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HE GAVE US INFO ON HOW TO MAKE THE JOB MORE COST EFFECTIVE. DEALING WITH DUANE WAS A PLEASURE AS HE IS A PLEASANT PERSON. WE WOULD CERTAINLY ASK HIM FOR HELP IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THE WORK WAS DISMANTLING AND DISPOSAL OF APPROXIMATELY 80 FEET OF CHAIN LINK FENCE. THE SECOND CATEGORY OF WORK WAS DISPOSAL OF A LARGE AMOUNT OF DEBRIS FROM CUTTING DOWN A TREE.
