He is able to think through any problem and address concerns exceedingly well. He communicates with you in a manner that you understand, not a bunch of "architect-speak".

+ -1 moreThe design process was excellent. Randy brought inspiration to the project and listened to input to develop a plan that achieved our goal for the desired space. Frequent updates were provided on the progress and draft designs were provided. Randy graciously accepted changes to the drawings as our plan evolved. The work was done timely and the process was explained well. Randy acted as a sounding board during construction and provided insight into the construction process. His overview of the construction was very beneficial to us as he provided a trained eye that we lacked. Our overall experience was very positive and would highly recommend the Randy's work and outstanding service.
Description of Work: Designed a master bedroom suite including all blueprints and necessary documentation to obtain permits. Additional services were performed during construction to observe the work of the contractor in relation to the design details.
