Dobson's Pools

Description of Work: They built my pool. This experience was without a doubt the worst in my life. This guy never responded to phone calls, ignored the plans, ignored the survey, and nearly put me in danger of have a pool built on a utility easement. He even erased the original plans that I had signed off on to cover up his lies; however, I had already made a photocopy so he was busted. He was rude, hung up on me frequently, and his workers left their garbage in my yard every day. I was told that the pool had to "cure" for at leat 14 days after it was poured. Nearly a month later, after I fell into the unfilled pool and broke my arm, they were finally out to finish the job. The deck was poured very sloppily. There are many areas of ponding in the deck, and they were there from the beginning. Horrible businessman, horrible employees, do not use them under any circumstances.

Description of Work: Installed inground pool, screen room, & systems. Uses subcontractors. Owner & secretary insults and raises voice to customers and doesnt take care of mistakes responsively.
