+ -1 moreFrom initially speaking with the owner to having the guys come out to our house to haul it away, the process was very seamless. The guys were prompt on their scheduled arrival time and were fast and friendly throughout the process.
Description of Work: I hired Dan's Hauling Service to haul away an older Baldwin Upright piano that couldn't be repaired.

Description of Work: They were late picking up the dumpster which meant a greater cost to us since the bathroom contractor (who was going to haul the materials he tore out away himself) utilized this dumpster and increased our poundage when the container was dumped. Also, it is impossible to tell what your total cost will be until they take the container to be dumped; however, this may be the way that most of these companies work. We have used Affordable in the past and were given a total price when they dropped off the trailer.

+ -1 moreI called Dan's Hauling Service because I saw their dumpster working in my neighborhood, and I called to have them provide and estimate on my project. I give them a D on overall experiance only because they answered the phone twice; first time they took my information and said and quot;Danand quot; would call me to arrange a time to meet. After about 3-4 days I called back, they answered again (this was a Friday about 4:00pm) they said that Dan had planned to come by that day. I said, When? it already 4:00pm and I've had no calls. No one came by; and if they did come by the left no indication that they did. All I can say is that their business is doing so well they don't need to prospect for other work.

+ -1 moreTheir service is unreliable. I called on Friday to schedule a pick up. They told me they will come on Saturday and will call when they were on their way. I waited all day Saturday and there was no call. I called back Saturday afternoon and I was told they were going to call me soon. They never called to this day, it was just a waste of time!!!
