They were supposed to come out today. They never showed up and never called to tell me they couldn’t make it.

There is an apparent language issue with Daisy and to this day I don't know what happened to the rescheduled date. I know that Angie's List doesn't give grades if the provider does not show up, but they should. I had to change my schedule and wait both times for no service. I think this should be taken into consideration.

Daisy and staff were very punctual and, upon arrival, immediately asked what exactly I needed done, then explained how they cleaned and organized. I was impressed with their efficiency and timeliness in performing the tasks. They cleaned and organized, as well as helped throw away all the junk. They were incredible! In under three hours, they left a clean and organized garage that I can use again! Thank you!

Daisy cleaned for scheduled time. Cleaned everything that I requested. I only Ask Daisy to do the basics, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and two bathrooms. Daisy borrowed my vacuum and paper towels. Daisy said she lives too far away to come back for again less than a $100.

Went great as usual. She's always bright and kind and helpful. Never anything to worry about with Daisy. She has the code to my house and by the time I get home everything is gorgeous.

Did a good job. Showed up late. complained about travel time, which wasn't my issue. It was hot in unit due to broken A/C, so that led to some of the lack of enthusiasm.

It went great. Showed up on time and worked efficiently.

She came to the house and refused to work. She said we would not be happy with her work. We had to much to clean in the three hours that we purchased. I asked her to only clean what she could do in three hours, and that we would pay her regular hourly pay of $25 per hour for any work over that three hours. She refused and walked out and said to call Angie's List for a refund. "She said Angie's list gets half of her money and it was not worth it for her to do the job."

Wonderful...best housecleaning I have ever had. I lived in TX and Atlanta area before FL. DAISY is reliable and always on time. I trust her to clean my house even when I am traveling and not there. My husband agrees...he always knows when daisy has been cleaning when he walks in the door from work..she is the best! She always thinks of areas to clean without me having to tell her. I used Merry Maids before..she puts them to shame.

She was very good! She worked very hard and the end result was great. She brought some of her own supplies, too. I'll definitely use her again. I can’t think of anything they could have possibly done to make it a better experience for me. Even my dogs loved her!

Daisy did an excellent job. We had her deep clean our kitchen and bathrooms in a house we moved into, she washed the inside of the fridge and inside all of our kitchen cabinets. The bathroom looked and smelled wonderful, we were so impressed!

Went very well. The work was great and the house looks amazing.

Had difficulty scheduling.at first, but did a very good job

We were trying to set a time for her to come over to clean. I told her I wanted the 2-person option and would pay additional if they need to stay longer. I confirmed on the phone with her that she was to come around 8:30 on Friday, 4/25. That morning I got up early to put things away; made my son who was out of school that day get out of bed and help pickup his areas for cleaning. Then nothing! No one showed up so I started calling around 9:15; no answer. LVM and no response. This was right before the Easter holiday so my son and I spent the rest of the morning cleaning ourselves as I had family coming over. Still no word then I see via the Angie's List email that I have a message. The message just asked if I'd still like my house cleaned? No explanation, no apology, no nothing. I would like to get my money back on this one!

Bought deal, tried to schedule was told they didn't clean in my town! Told her I would ask for a refund, then she said she'd clean. Scheduled a time, contacted to confirm 2 weeks prior and she had given the date away to someone else who was a "regular". I should have listened to the other reviews

I understand Angie paid for the cleaning for 45 dollars I gave them a tip of 35 dollars The numbers on the check was a tip for 35 dollars the company cashed the check for 85 dollars I don't know why the check was cashed for 85 when I wrote 35 in the box

Did not go well. Was informed when she arrived that she did not have any cleaning supplies nor equipment and that it would take longer than the 3 hours that was originally purchased. The condo is only 700 sq ft! I was informed that I would need to pay extra for at least another hour which was about $30 extra. I ended up cleaning behind her - areas left undusted/untouched. As she saw me doing this, she advised that if I had purchased a deep clean, those areas untouched would be included. Would not recommend this Company nor use them again.

Scheduling an appt was troublesome - the owner has a difficult time with english. She showed up 30 minutes early 8AM without calling first. Cleaning overall was below average - cleaning was not complete and things were missed. She brought another person with her and when she was done she informed me that I owed her an extra $37 for this person when she never informed me she was brining another person with her. I paid for 3 hours of cleaning for $60 and ended up paying $97. She then said she is NEVER doing Angies list again because she is too busy and doesn't make enough money - NOT MY PROBLEM. SHE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY CLEAN A HOUSE.

It was satisfactory as far as the business deal of it. As far as the fee for the services, I think she was a little bit confused on what the fee for the services was, what we owed her and what she was supposed to get from Angie's List. The service was satisfactory, they did an okay job. I wouldn't request her services again. Once we said all and done, with all the confusion I think we ended up giving her, on top of the $69 from Angie's List, another $175. That's where the confusion came in. She called back and said that we owe her another $75 for some service. If I had to tell a family member about this provider, I would tell them not to deal with this particular one because she was totally not up to speed on the business side of the service.

The work was good but not as much attention to detail as I like.

Daisy is very punctual with her appointments. She has been providing the housekeeping service at my home for the past several months, and has been very good to work with. She does not mind using her own supplies when needed and applies dedication to her work. She is very friendly and tries to accommodate last minute requests if possible. Overall, we have had a very positive experience with her.
