Description of Work: rst thing, she asked if I wanted to pay for more hours because the house was so dirty. This was an empty house so no furniture to work around. She wouldn't let up on how the dirtiness would prevent her from doing her job well. This was not a dirty house. The floors did need a good cleaning (white tile) but she is a housecleaner, right? People do not hire her to clean clean houses.

Description of Work: purchased 3 hrs of housecleaning coupon. First 2 appointments were rescheduled by provider. Arrived promptly on the 3rd scheduled date. Asked for vacuum, cleaning products, paper towels, and gloves. Did supply, mop, bucket, and rags. Did work hard for the complete 3 hrs and did a good job.

Description of Work: Daisy and I set a date to do the cleaning. Then she realized she had an appt that day (which she thought was Tues Aug 19) so we agreed on Monday the 18th. We had origionally made the appt for Mon the 18, she must have thought it was for Tues. Sunday she called and said she could not come on Monday. I could not understand the reason in the phone message. My company comes to visit on Tues 19, so I will not need the house cleaning service, since I can't get it completed before their arrival.

Description of Work: I was very specific what I wanted cleaned, Shower and Kitchen. There was a communications issue but she was very pleasant. It was advertised they used their product but they did not, mine were used and an entire roll of paper towels. |She did a great job cleaning the shower. The kitchen not so much. I asked for the back splash and cabinets to be cleaned. I had already removed everything from the countertop to save time. The cabinets didn't get cleaned they got wiped down with Pledge, which covered the dirt nicely! The back splash did not get washed, but the countertop did. She wanted to clean the small appliances and mop the kitchen, which I did not ask for but it was done. |This was my first experience having someone come into my home and it will be my last. I thought I would be able to work from home that day while those two areas were being cleaned but I kept getting interrupted so I stopped working. |She's a very nice lady but not what I was looking for.

Description of Work: When she showed up, she asked to use our cleaning supplies even though she confirmed she had her own supplies in her car. Her husband did a decent job on the floors, but she only dusted the obvious surface areas. She spent a good half hour in the bathroom, but I'm not sure what she was doing with our cleaning supplies as the tub, sink & toilet were not even touched. When she was finished with what she thought was our "money's worth" (my words, not hers), she offered to stay longer for an additional charge. Obviously, my wife sent her on her way. Needless to say, we will not use this company again, as we definitely did not get what we paid for.

Description of Work: Daisy Green clean my house, but it didn't excell my expectation. I was looking more into a deep cleaning,toilets,bathroom and kitchen appliances. Thanks!

Description of Work: After I emailed her several times, Daisy called and set up an appointment. She never showed up. Thinking that I got my dates confused, I gave until the following week. Still nothing. I have called and gotten no response.
