We work in a timely manner, to suit your needs whether you want to drop off your machine in the morning and get it that evening, or have us come out to you. We are there for you. Also, we are a computer recycling center. We sell, buy, fix almost anything that you need, so come in and see us sometime and we will show you why we have been established here in downtown for so long. Computer Qwerx's Services Include: Mac Services - repairs, upgrades, data back-up Viruses, Parts and Service - virus and spyware removal Qwerx History Established in 2001 We have been in business for 10 years in the downtown area. We started as a small computer shop doing most simple repairs. we have spent the last ten years building our reputation in the downtown area to be a reliable trustworthy shop for people to come to. Now we have cetrfied Mac tech on staff, we are a Sprint retail store and a Clear wireless dealer. . We do micro soldering and tv, and game systems. We do graphic design and printing, and website design Our goal here is to be a one stop shop and to keep adding things for our clients.

At first they seemed very attentive, professional and knowledgeable but their communication skills are horrible. I had one Mac that was fixed in about 7 days but they made me buy the part on line on EBAY which seemed weird but it works and it appears fine; however the other Mac after 35 days has still not been fixed and I have no clue about its status. When ever you call their office you never get a live person just a voicemail. I have texted Bill and their main number several times and I never get a response. At this point I have no idea where is my second laptop or if has been repaired. To make things worse I just called the main number and apparently they have moved or are moving to a new address. You just have the feeling that it is a couple of guys working out of their garage somewhere. I have no idea where is my Mac or if I will get back. The bottom line is communication skills are lacking and it takes to long to fix your issues.
Description of Work: I dropped off two Mac lap tops to be repaired.
