Description of Work: I COULD NOT ACCESS THE INTERNET, AND MY INTERNET PROVIDER DETERMINED IT WAS MY PROBLEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO DETERMINE THAT IT WAS A CORRUPT FILE AND RESTORED MY SYSTEM SO THAT IT WOULD WORK AGAIN. THEY ALSO SHOWED ME HOW TO FIX IT MYSELF IF IT HAPPENED IN THE FUTURE.
