We had interviewed several realtors when we made the decision to sell our first home. Hands down, Frank was the person for the job. He was very attentive to our needs and wants. It was very important to me that we price our home to sell, but that we didn't price it to just "give it away." He agreed. We wanted to get the most $$ possible for our house and we did not want things like clutter or lacking curb appeal to detract from the charm of the house. Frank's wife Laura is an amazing interior designer and can stage a home beautifully. He offered her services free of charge (keep in mind home stagers typically charge $99 just for a consultation!) You can't beat that extra service!!! Before listing, Laura and Frank came over and walked around the outside of the house, and then went room by room inside the house and made suggestions on ways we can get the home ready to be put on the market. Laura even offered to buy and position certain staging items if we set a budget (we reimbursed her for the cost of the actual artwork, etc which we kept). We were very motivated to get things moving so once we had our house decluttered and staged, Frank brought in his photographer to take pictures and shortly after that our house was officially on the market. We were very pleasantly surprised that there was almost instant interest in our house. We had several showings over the course of 3 weeks and during that third week we received our first offer. It was a good offer that was made great by some negotiating. We were happy and under contract within 3 weeks of listing!!! During those weeks we were preparing our house to sell, Frank had asked for our business when buying our next house. There were specific zip codes I wanted to focus on. I gave Frank my list of "must haves" and "would like to have" and he generated a listing search for us (via email) that was updated regularly. Once our St. Pete house was under contract, Frank set up a day for us to drive up to the area I was most interested in. The first house he had scheduled for us to see was one that I did not highlight as a "must see" house. The listing was unimpressive and nothing about it seemed to stand out. I had managed to overlook it. But I am glad Frank did not overlook the fact that this house had every single one of my "must haves" - AND my "would like to haves." When we pulled up I noted that the house was so much more beautiful than the listing picture showed. Long story short: It is now the house we own! We looked at others that day, but none compared to the first one. Frank was able to schedule a 2nd showing that same day, so it was also the last one we saw that day. From the start of our home selling/buying journey to the end, Frank was wonderful, kind, and professional. He remained reassuring, optimistic and calm during times I was not feeling so calm or optimistic (trying to buy/sell at the same time and getting closings, etc to align perfectly was a challenge but it worked out!) He was our rock! He successfully sold our house in St. Pete and helped us find and buy our "forever" (or at least until the kids are grown) home!! I cannot thank him enough for all that he did for us. We have lived in our new home for 6 months now and could not be happier! I highly recommend Frank to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Tampa Bay area (especially St. Petersburg). You will not be disappointed!!! He is the best there is and goes above and beyond expectations!!
