Classic Roof Replacement

I started this project requesting 7 quotes from 7 companies. I landed with Classic because Owen Lauer, sales representative, consistently responded to all my questions, was always on time and willing to provide samples without issue. I went from Metal vs Shingles, and he was right there with me. In the end I chose the GAF shingles with several options. They were on schedule; they bought the products in one day and the following day they removed and installed the entire roof. I had an issue and they sent Jasmine out to do the repairs. She rocked the work. It was hard work for a single person, but she did not waver and completed it perfectly. This is a forward-thinking company that does not hire based on gender. Jasmine did the work that any male counterpart could do. Kudo’s to her. I recommended the company and Owen to my neighbor, and they are happy as well. We just had a storm, and thus far we are dry as a bone. I am considering Classic for my gutters now.

David and Hailey did a great job keeping me posted about every detail of the project. They were honest and fair as far as prices went as well. The crew that came out was massive and had my roof replaced in no time.

Classic roofing was great! From application to installation the whole process was nice and easy! David was awesome to work with! Will definitely refer them and call them again for any roofing needs.

From start to finish, Classic did a great job. I had another construction project going at the same time and it was night and day different between the two companies. This was in large part due to our project manager Owen. He stayed in close contact before, during and after the project was completed. He helped answer any questions we had and even helped us manage another contractor that we had who did some additional work. The other contractor had a "sales guy" that I met once and never saw again. I was also impressed with the communication from the finance team and with the speed at which they completed the project. I also got 5 bids and they came in the cheapest. I had my entire roof replaced and hope to never have to do it again but if I did, there's no question that I would use Classic again.

I'm very happy with my new roof. Alex Gounder was great from the very beginning to the very end. Oscar and his crew were also great and they finished the job in one day. I highly recommend Classic Roofing!

Really impressed with Classic Roofing and Construction. Kevin Rock came to the house twice and gave me an EXCELLENT, competetive quote for my hurricane clip installation. (Other sales reps quoted me from satellite images and photos). And if you are lucky, you will get Andre Graham to do the work for you. He has AMAZING craftsmanship and will make your job look better than new! I was really impressed with his attention to detail and going the extra mile for every little caveat we hit on the way. Professional company. The staff was great. Owen was the sales person that walked me through the process each step of the way from start to finish. He was most helpful. The office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The roofing crew was excellent and completed the job in 2 days. My roof looks great and should last me the next 30 years. I am happy to have this done.

Classic Roofing and Construction came in just at the right time!! I was looking around for a good, affordable and easy to work with company and Classic Roofing fell into my lap. My sales rep was Caitlin and she was so great and wonderful!! Jacklyn and Hailey also assisted with materials and billing and all were a pleasure to work with. If I had questions they were answered in a timely manner and communication was smooth. The crew that came to install the roof did a great job, fast and done almost in 1 day. Second day was to finish up and clean, they kept my property clean and kept up after themselves as they continued throughout the day. Thank you Classic Roofing!!

Overall, we had a good experience with Classic Roofing and Construction. The only reason I am giving 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that the communication once the replacement began could have been better. Our shingled roof was replaced in one day by a fantastic crew, but we didn't know what was next. We eventually found out that we would have to wait an additional week for the next steps of the replacement to take place due to a family emergency one of the contractors had. Besides that, the materials used were high quality and the employees who worked at our home were very professional.

From the initial appointment with Owen, everything has been seamless and amazing with Classic. Communication is huge for home projects and I felt in the loop the entire time. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent customer service.

The crew go to our home before sunrise and started working right away. They were completely done and our yard was cleaned by 6:30pm.

I contacted this company after a tree limb fell at my house. I got six or seven quotes and this company offered the most competitive rates and was extremely professional. Only one other company took the time to give a presentation near as good as Kevin's but I went with classic construction because the other company's products cost quite a bit more. The rate was very competitive and when they showed up they got the job done extremely quickly. Even the company that delivers the dumpster raved about what a great roofing company they were and how fast they were at the job. Everything looks great!

Classic Roofing replaced the roof on my home in Clearwater. Starting with my sale representative through to final inspection It was a good experience. Chad Sherr was the representative, the quoting process was very fast and efficient, his follow up, excellent. The technicians that worked on the roof, were tidy and did a good job. Communications from the office was outstanding. I always knew what was happening and when.

I could not have asked for a better experience. David is a wonderful project manager and provided a thorough and detailed estimate and explained everything very well. They gave us very competitive pricing for top quality products all with the best warranty options I could find after obtaining several estimates. Jennifer from the office along with David provided wonderful communication throughout the project. The work crew did a wonderful job and were very respectful of our home and property. The new roof looks amazing and I am very pleased with the value. Top notch customer service and workmanship. The product warranty and installation warranty is a very reassuring feeling. Overall, our experience with Classic Roofing has been informative, professional, and very punctual. We worked with David from the start to completion on the project. He was very helpful with explaining any adjustments that were necessary to meet the code for the state/county. He set realistic expectations for final estimate due to existing damage on our roof.
