We received estimates from several roofing companies and we were immediately impressed when we met Jake at Classic Roof Replacement. He was knowledgeable and patient with us as we discussed our options. He laid out exactly what his company could do for us and the timeline to do it. They came in right at the mid-point on the estimate as compared to the other roofing companies we talked to but we were so impressed with Jake’s knowledge and professionalism, we decide to go with them. We are so glad we did! Jake was in constant contact with us letting us know when the permit was pulled, when it was approved, when the material was in and when they would start. If there was even a little shift on the timeline, he reached out to discuss it. On the day of installation, he sent a crew of a dozen people! This is where Classic Roofing excels, they are very customer focused and knew we wanted as little disruption as possible so they sent enough people get the job done quickly. The entire crew worked like a well-oiled machine and in one 12 hour day, our roof was removed, replaced and everything cleaned up like no one had been there! Everything went well and according to schedule. All of the work was done in a single day and there was nothing to worry about or clean after they had left. All of the techs that came to the house were pleasant and kept me aware of any deviations to any planning.

Choosing Classic Construction to install our new roof in September of 2020 was the best choice we could have made. From the very beginning to the completion of the project, the owner, staff and crews were helpful, professional and completed the work as promised in an efficient, expedient and caring manner. We encountered some unusual circumstances, but Jake and Khaleel went above and beyond to ensure the premises were clean, all aesthetics were good and we were satisfied with every detail. The repair went very well! Jake was very informative and thorough during the entire process, and I was very surprised at the low cost of the repair. The repair was completed within 1 day!

Jake and his team were so professionally from day one! I needed a new flat roof prior to the installation of solar. First, they worked within my budget, my schedule and my desires. What can I say... Classic did exactly what they said they were going to do and a week early on top of that. Everyone I spoke with was nice and not intimidating to talk to at all. Communication was top notch and so was the work performed. Took them about a day and a half to rip off roof and mount new shingles etc. They cleaned all of their mess and did a great job. The roof looks amazing. A+ service from beginning to end.

Classic Roof Replacement did an excellent job replacing our 20 y/o roof as part 1 of a two-part project, the other being a solar installation. Their communication was great during this whole process. They provided all of the necessary information about the roof shingles as well as how the work would be performed. Also, we asked them to install hurricane straps, and they did, but were honest in telling us that the roof was mostly strapped and I didn’t need as much material as originally quoted. (Two separate inspectors had told us that we didn’t have straps.) They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the area before leaving everyday. Yes, they are on the high-end but you get what you pay for!

Classic Construction is the best contracting team I’ve ever experienced. They provided a re-roofing service, redid our soffit & fascia, and added gutters/gutter-down-spouts for the perimeter of our roof. The work performed looks excellent. The teams were respectful and left no debris behind. I cannot recommend this service enough. Most companies are going to provide a similar result and thus the big advantage of Classic Construction for our family was how sincere and dedicated the customer service was. Any concern or question we had before, during, and even after the job was complete were met with the same sincere interest from either their onsite engineers or their owner, Jake. Choosing a company out of the many options at first felt debilitating. However, our experience with Classic Construction has reaffirmed that my wife and I made the right choice. We highly recommend their team and will use them in the future. In fact, we are already in talks with them to build a garage and perhaps some internal remodeling.
