We had a great experience with Classic Roofing. David was an excellent salesman and was available throughout the process. The owner Jake was able to answer questions and provide updates on some issues. There was a problem with their email system where I did not receive updates on the installation date, but the owner apologized for the inconvenience. The install took 2 days, including the mandatory county inspection. Other than some nails and debris left in the yard, I have no complaints. The roof looks really great and we are excited to have a quality product for many years, especially with the warranty.

The roof looks great! The only issue was the communication, but once the issue was brought to management, it was quickly rectified.

Job was professional from start to finish. First day started at 8am left at 5pm. Second day started 8am and finished the job at 1:30 pm. Completely cleaned up as if no work had taken place. I had the roofing material so labor was all I needed. I would recommend to anyone needing a roof replacement call them. The sales representative came out the same day I called other company's what to schedule three to four days before coming out.

They worked with our insurance company to ensure that the damages were properly documented. Everything was done on schedule and professionally. They did the job preparation (loading shingles on roof and the dumpster) the day before commencement. On the day of the job they started upon arrival and completed the project. I would recommend their services to anyone needing a roof.

We had three companies bid on tearing off our old roof and total replacement with architectural asphalt shingles. Jake Babbitt came out and explained the process thoroughly. He was easy to get hold of, and followed up and answered all of our questions. His initial bid fell in between the two other companies but he offered us a price match of the lowest bid to gain our business. One of our neighbors had used him in the past year and was very satisfied, which is why we contacted him initially. Our roof looks great and more importantly, an inspector has looked over everything and says we have a great roof installation.

From the initial contact for an estimate through our last contact to help me fix a leak in my pool gutter, Mr. Babbit and his crew were consummate professionals. I had three roofs installed on three different properties and they did an outstanding job on all three. They arrived to do the work when they said they would. The crew worked diligently under an on-site project manager (Wayne) and they cleaned up and finished on schedule. No one likes to pay for unexpected costs like roof replacement and it was certainly painful to pay for three. Classic didn’t give me the lowest bid out of the three companies I received estimates from but I was able to negotiate some pricing given I was doing three roofs and I always felt that Jake Babbitt was transparent and honest. Jake was also always readily available if I needed to talk to him and they went above and beyond when they made four trips to my primary residence to fix, what turned out to be, two leaks in my pool gutter. In the 10 years I have lived here, I have hired at least a dozen companies to fix the major leak and it was never fixed. Will see if the fix works when the rain comes. But here is the deal, when was the last time a company assisted you with a problem outside of their regular contract and came back four times to make sure the problem was fixed? How about never! This is a great company run by the values that I appreciate. Honesty, reliable, outstanding customer service, and going above and beyond.

Jake came over and looked at my roof and said that it was in good shape. Instead of looking for another customer he was completely honest with me. I really appreciated this. He had also referred an inspector for me to do the wind mitigation and four point inspection. Again really appreciated as his company receives absolutely no remuneration for this. He answered all my questions and really took his time even though he was not going to actually receive any business from me at this time. I would definitely recommend this company.

The Classic roof replacement went extremely well! Customer service was informative , courteous, and knowledgeable in answering our questions. They are quick to respond and they finished the roof replacement on schedule with great care to my property!

Overall we had great communication with Jake, who was very professional and responsive, and his large crew completed the project quickly and were very efficient and respectful. Any items that needed follow-up were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. (One piece of advice for others, cover any items stored in your attic as there will probably be shingle grit and sawdust that will end up there)

Excellent service from start to finish. Classic Construction and Jake Babbitt went above and beyond to provide us with quality products and service. We had a professional inspector come out for insurance purposes after the new roof was installed, and he remarked that we have a "good roof." I agree completely and our now roof ending up saving us $105 a year on our homeowners insurance. The people who work with this company are most accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Classic Roof Replacement exceeded all my expectations! I was in need of a new roof after a bad storm. There are many roofing companies out there to choose from, but I waited until I found a company I felt like I could trust. Classic made me feel comfortable, informed, and in-charge of the process from the very beginning. They helped me deal with the insurance company (making it a breeze for me) and bent over backwards to accommodate my busy schedule. If you choose another roofing company, there is a good chance you will be hiring Classic in the near future to redo it.

Classic Roof was the first company I called after checking out Angie's List and online reviews. I called a total of 4 companies and chose Classic Roof based on price, length of time to initiate roof replacement, responsiveness to questions/concerns and warranty/guarantee and flexibility of the company from start to finish based on the time zone differences.

Classic Construction Management and Workers are very professional and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of the process from start to finish. There was no surprises from the product to the workmanship. Always available to answer question. Management also followed up after the work was completed. I will definitely hire or highly recommend Classic Construction.

I had a great experience with Classic. I needed a new roof prior to installation of solar panels. Jake from Classic worked with the solar company to coordinate the projects and make sure everything went smoothly. The roof was completed about 10 days before the solar panels went on. The roofing job took 2 days and the team made sure to clean up after each work day. The new roof looks great and I am very pleased with the result. Would recommend Classic to my friends/family.
