We hired Classic Roofing to replace the roof on our 2800 square foot two story house with a high roof. Classic installed GAF architectural shingles with a peel and stick underlayment barrier to provide additional waterproofing. Jon Starry orchestrated the entire installation from initial inspection using a drone, dealing with the insurance company, explaining all options and making certain everything went as planned once contract was signed. Jon is truly a professional, knowledgeable in all areas of roof replacement having experience as a roofer at one time in his own career. We chose the charcoal-colored shingles and are extremely pleased with the outcome. The roofers were hard workers, courteous and careful not to damage any of our landscaping. One of the old shingles accidently hit and damaged one of our landscaping lights. Jeff from Classic promptly arranged with Decorating Elves to inspect and replace the light. After our new roof was installed, we obtained a wind mitigation inspection and obtained a credit on our homeowners' insurance. We highly recommend Classic Roofing and Construction with no reservations.

We are happy with our new roof from Classic Roofing and Construction. All went smoothly from the sales through the cleanup! Our salesman explained everything clearly and accurately. The materials were delivered and stacked on the roof the day prior to installation. The installation crew arrived early and worked very diligently through the day. They even covered the pool, A/C and shrubbery, to protect them from the waste. The cleanup was quite thorough, they even remembered to clean out the gutters. The new roof looks very nice.

The whole process from beginning to end was excellent. I met with David and he explained the details of how they go about the installation. They performed the work about 3 1/2 weeks after we met, which is about the time they said it would be installed. The actually installation was great, as the workers got here at 7:30, and they finished the whole roof in 1 day. After the install, David came by afterwards to show the whole operation by displaying all the photo's of before and after. He also followed-up on how to deal with the insurance companies, and what needs to done going forward. Overall, it was a first-rate experience.

The reason the company won the contract is that the sales rep realized the tile on my roof was no longer being manufactured, and that presented challenges.
