Classic Roof Replacement

Not happy with them, if I were to go back in time I would NOT use this company. Roof and solar look good, however to get a functional system was a nightmare. The thing that annoyed me from them was communication. Before signing the paperwork, communication was great but of course, once we signed the documents it was really hard to receive an answer from them. Project timeline: Project documents were signed on May 19th 2022 and the project was completely finished on Oct. 18th 2022. That's 5 months!!!!. Roof and the solar panels were installed on July 17th, that's 2 months later from when we signed the documents. Solar permitting took 3 months. This nightmare started the day the materials were supposed to be delivered, I took off work to be home and make sure everything would go smoothly, however the materials were delivered to another house and we had to wait until the next day for them to be delivered. The day before the roof was installed, (Sunday) a random trailer just parked in our driveway with us not having any idea what was happening. I totally understand this is needed for the roof installation, but again it would have been nice for someone to let us know about it. The roofers showed up Monday at 8am and nobody told us anything from beginning to end. They left around 5pm and left a bunch of materials behind. They left 2 piles of extra materials, one by our driveway that no one ever picked them up, until 4 days later when our yard waste truck took it thinking it was waste, and the second pile was 4 solar panels that were left by our entry door. It took over 2 weeks for them to pick these up, after a lot of emails, calls and text messages were sent. Once the roof and solar were installed, we entered the solar permit process. We failed the solar inspection 3 times and after finally passed it, it took about 15 days for Duke to finally approve us to turn on the system.

Classic completely remodeled out master bathroom and from start to finish their main goal was to make sure we were happy with the outcome. They did a fantastic job and we will use them again!

only 2 days is what it took to finish installing my roof, they even fix all the wood under it, excellent service

Simon from Classic Roof construction did a great job with overseeing my roof replacement. When the crew showed up they got it knocked out pretty quick and it looks great. I would choose them again for any roofing needs.

Great business, wonderful communication, quality work!

The process went great. The company helped to get my insurance company to get my roof damage done. They stayed in connect with me and if I had any questions, they would answer them. I was told when the materials would be delivered and when the roofers would be there. All were on time and did a great job. The roofers had the complete roof done in one day! The only suggestion would be to make sure they check the gutters for roofing nails. The roofers, and Richard did run the magnet for nails in the yard and around the hose finding a lot of nails. The issue, the gutters, which I didn't even think about, wasn't checked. We had a bad rainstorm with a ton of rain. This rain washed out the roofers' nails into my driveway. When I came home, I ran over them. I had to replace one of my tires that had the nails in it. My biggest disappoint was they told me that if I referred someone to them, I would get a gift card for Amazon. I did refer someone, whose roof was done before mine, but I have to wait until their insurance company has completely paid for the roof. I wasn't told getting the gift could take 6 to 8 months to get after the referral's roof is completed.

The process went well, I work with Simon for the second time. Simon was very responsive and the company kept me informed throughout the process.

Classic Roofing was amazing to work with. You're always nervous about a big project like this but they will set your mind at ease. They proactively communicated every step along the way so that I knew what to expect and when especially during the peak of the rainy season. I asked a lot of questions and they responded timely. Everyone from the sales team, workers, inspectors and office admin was a pleasure to work with. You can't go wrong with Classic Roofing and Construction.

Went off without a hitch! Richard Allen and the Classic Roofing team are incredible. They were very responsive, helpful and SUPER FAST to install my new roof. I can not recommend them enough... you'll be in great hands.

My home is not huge, but the roof is about 35 square, and is cut up (hips & valleys). The dumpster was dropped the night before the crew arrived the next morning. The crew tore off, and replaced the whole roof in 1 day, and the dumspter was gone the next morning.

Very impressed with the quality of workmanship. Crew showed up on trine, worked all day to complete the roof. They cleaned up using a magnet 3 times to ensure no nails were left. Gutter crew cane the following day. Completed that job in 8 hours. Dumpster was removed the next day. Would highly recommend this company. Very easy to work with.

They did an outstanding job in less than one full day it was finished. Also the cleanup was tremendous. They picked up every piece of trash. Very happy with their services

The point man for Classic Construction, Richard Allard, was awesome from start to finish. They did all the permits and installation and cleanup. I can say as a woman making all the decisions, you want to feel like no one is taking advantage of you in every step of the process, and roof replacement is a big expense for your home. So having clear communication the whole way through is vital! I was kind of scared to be perfectly honest. Classic construction was everything I could have hoped for!! I am writing this review to help other folks know that my experience with Classic Construction could not have been better! Everyone working that I dealt with was just terrific!! Check this nugget, my neighbor next door wanted me to know that not only did my new roof look fantastic but the professionalism of the the crew that was here was unsurpassed. I kid you not!!!

From the very beginning with the sales agents to the end of the project with the installers each person was wonderful understanding and patient. Each person did their job to the highest quality.

I got the dreaded letter from my insurance company they were not renewing my policy due to my roof age. Classic came out and did some minor repairs and satisfied my insurance the roof was good for several more years. Professional and great work.

Classic Roofing and Construction is a 5 star company. We recently had a new roof installed. This was a new process for us as we are 1st time home buyer’s and after 4 quotes, we went with Classic Roofing and Construction. Not only they were fast, they handled everything, including the permit, they were respectful and professional they’re great with communication. David Glickstein was excellent. He was attentive to our needs. Our roof was done in less than 48 hours and looks BEAUTIFUL!!! Again, David was very helpful with walking us through everything. Most importantly they’re HONEST!! There were no surprises in prices in what he quoted. It was price we paid!! He communicated any problems that may have come up along the way and had them fixed just as quick he also explained and priced before doing it. And amazingly, they took PICTURES of the roofing process. We added peel-n-stick and hurricanes clips. We sent pictures to our Homeowners Insurance, and it saved us over $1,000 in the premium!!! I highly recommend Classic Roofing for anybody's roofing needs.
