Post hurricane, many roofing contractors descended on my neighborhood making all kinds of promises. Of all of them, Chad at Classic Roofing was genuinely sympathetic to the problems we were having, and made excellent recommendations on how to proceed. This included the choice for a replacement roof. The overall experience with Classic was excellent, but the one thing I really want to point out is the adherence to the schedule they proposed. They were accurate with the time to fabricate the material, estimated start date, coordination with inspectors, and time to complete the job. In fact, they actually started a day earlier than originally agreed. Across the board I found Classic a thoroughly professional organization to work with.

They were very professional and did a great job in a very timely matter. Cleaned up very well after job was completed. The only issue I did not see coming was a 2000$ extra for rotted wood replacement. But again I feel it was a good value overall.

We live in a 4 unit townhome and we could only get two other neighbors on board to do the roof. We were extremely hesitant only getting 3/4 of the roof done, but Classic went above and beyond. They secured our family home and gave us a tremendous roof. We couldn’t be happier

I cannot say enough good things about this company and my sales rep Kevin Rock. I was under a tight time frame to get a new roof put on before closing and they made sure to get it done with time to spare. They also were the cheapest price I had received when searching for quotes and they offered a higher quality product than others with the GAF roof and installing a slope system on my flat roof to prevent water damage. I will 100% be using them for future projects and refer them to any of my friends needing roofing or other exterior work done.

Had a new roof put on last week. Terrific Job. Crew was pleasant and kept everything clean as they went along. Jake was honest and answered all of our many questions. Both Hailey and Jaclyn were polite and quick to return call/texts. Would recommend!

Classic Roofing finished my roof this afternoon, but the process began several months ago. The issue was on my end and caused a large amount of time to pass causing the need for another set of estimates. Caitlyn handled this unique situation professionally and quickly. She provided three separate options, with pictures, examples and benefits of each. When I had questions, Caitlyn would get back to me in a matter of minutes. Where other roofing companies took forever to get back to me, or delayed communication through "missed texts" and voicemail phone tag, Caitlyn proved to be on top of my project. Probably, even before I was fully on board. The moment I accepted their quote, an email from Classic Roofing was in my inbox. This email was the contract and methods by which to pay (there are several). I paid immediately and we had a date for my install. The installation went very well, the crews were on time and actually cleaned my steps better than they were before they arrived. Even with a small issue (county issue not Classic), the work was done. It was done quickly and to a high degree of quality. I can not recommend Caitlyn and Classic high enough. Well done!!

The entire classic roofing staff was nice. Hailey was the manager in charge she is very helpful and made sure the job was done. Fong was extremely nice and polite every time I call she was super helpful. Ben the constructor is top tier very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

Classic Roofing did a great job on my gutter replacement work. They were quick to respond, the inspector Chad walked me through his assessment of the job while on premise. They were able to complete my job in weeks rather than months like the other providers in my area. So pleased with their quick and efficient service from Chad in the field to manager Hailey, they did a wonderful job.

Classic roof replaced a portion of my roof and some interior work, they are a great company whom were cost effective, timely, quality and a great team to work with. Special call out to Hailey and Caitlin whom were very supportive.

One of best experiences I've had so far with a contractor for my home. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to get answers to my questions. My wife and I are very pleased with the service received from the Sales Representative (Ben), the Customer Success Manager (Hailey), and the workers that did a fantastic job caring for not only our roof but the small details like our plants and our fence. The Roof looks spectacular, before and after pictures added to make this experience even better! One hour after the crew left, I received my first completement for the nice roof from a neighbor!

Very responsive.overall good experience

First let me say that I really liked working with Classic Roofing on my roof replacement. Everybody that I worked with was super friendly, professional, and accomodating. The roof looks great and I thought the price was fair. I did have a couple of issues where my fascia trim was damaged and they installed a roof vent too close to an attic fan. I'm grateful that the project management team noticed the issue and made arrangements to move the vent, to ensure no there were no water intrusion or airflow issues. Unfortunately, the roof vent movement had two no-call, no-shows before it was finally taken care of. Installing the roof vent in the incorrect location, fascia trim damage, and no call, no-shows is why I only gave them 4 stars. They also sent somebody back to fix the fascia trim. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

We got a great quality roof at a fair price for our area. Classic was great about working with our schedule as we scheduling conflicts a couple times and they were great about rescheduling. Hailey provided excellent communication and customer service at every turn.

Owen and his team at classic roofing did a great job at my house in st pete. He was very responsive and informative through out the process. He made the job seemless even when I was out of town while they completed the entire job in just a day. They are very professional company and would recommend.

I worked with Ben Brainard from Classic Roofing and Construction to get a job done. I needed gutters removed and aluminum fascia covers installed. Scheduling was smooth, the job was completed very well, and cleanup was sufficient as well.
