The repair was completed satisfactorily, with many apologies for the miscommunication. They are checking into having some additional work done for me, that they do not do themselves. Jay was excellent to work with.

Since them, we have had trouble with the installation: specifically, the contract called for them to put in 2 drainage basins on the south side of the house. They only put in one. Their installation of the 2 drainage emitters at the sidewalk was done sloppily- when it rains, the water doesn't drain because the pop up emitter is broken (it has never worked right. I have called several times. A man came once and tested it out, said it was working "OK" and said they'd get back to me on a fix for the missing drain (never heard back from him). He came again last week and said the emitter was damaged from the lawn edger and it wasn't their problem. The emitter never worked even before it was damaged. The emitter was installed WRONG so it is impossible to edge or mow around it unless you do it by hand. I have repeatedly contacted them, but they do not respond. Here is a picture of the bad emitters.

Communication with this company is excellent. They are very patient, using phone, email and revisits to the house to explain what they were going to do as well as the alternatives. Project involved installing a french drain system for our back yard which floods badly during a heavy rain. The work was completed on time, the workers and reps were pleasant and polite, and the price was reasonable.

Very easy to work with - worked on our timeline. Educated us on best plant choices for our location. From preliminary design, brought multiple plants to site and let us experiment with placement prior to planting. Provided valuable input on plant placement and growth. Advised on plant care. Will go back to them for additional landscape needs.

Everything was timely and professional installed. Lawn Care service is inclusive of mow, edge, trim, blown , debri removal and sprinkler check. Family-owned and operated with friendly support group of employees.

They come once a week to service my lawn. My yard looks beautiful! They are always nice and complete their work on time. I really like this company and would recommend them!

We had been using this company for several years for our lawn maintenance and were impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism. We recently had a new pool installed and needed to add irrigation to the backyard and wanted to install a tropical look in our backyard. The sales person met us at our house, took some measurements, then we agreed to meet at their nursery in a few days to look at plants and discuss design ideas. We were impressed with the quality of their plants and the nursery and were able to select trees for our yard!! That was so much fun. After we chose our plants we discussed the project and the proposal and signed up that day to have the job done. They were prompt in their installation and did a wonderful job with the plants and the layout. Will highly recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding. The sales person (Jerry) met with us first at our house we met at their retail nursery. He asked us for our plant likes and dislikes as well as what finished look we were attempting to achieve with our landscape. We did discuss budget as tree prices vary so much. When we met with him at the nursery he showed us the actual plants they would be installing in our yard. The overall experience was exceptional.
