This company does great exterior painting and more. They painted our house, patio floor and the outside of our window frames. They even pressure-washed our entire driveway. They are very detail-oriented and performed great work. The owner is very pleasant, professional and very accommodating. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

We had an emergency on a renovation where we needed painting ASAP because flooring and other materials were going in and the painting needed to be done. Eric came out the same day we called and had a four person crew at our townhouse the next day. They did an excellent job and finished on time. Eric was great to work with and is a nice guy. He helped us out in a pinch and the crew and work was first rate. I highly recommend them.

Carlson's was recommended by the owner of Sr. Screen, with whom we contracted to replace our enclosure screens. Carlson's coordinated dates with Sr. Screen and had the enclosure prepped and painted ahead of time. I was very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Paint was applied evenly with no overspray whatsoever. Project was completed and cleaned up as promised. Enclosure and new screens look new and adds security and value to the home. Would not hesitate to refer or use Carlson's again.

I live in another state quite some distance from the project. I was not familiar with any contractors in the area. I saw this contractor working on another home in the complex and introduced myself to Mr. Carlson. I asked if he would be interested in bidding on my job. He immediately came over and reviewed the work to be done and within 24 hours submitted a written bid for the project. Eric made suggestions that were both cost saving and greatly enhanced the quality and results. He performed everything I asked and anytime he encountered a problem with the project he immediately brought it to my attention and got my approval for the addition cost before performing the work. He did a professional job and kept me informed of the progress with photos and calls. i would highly recommend Eric and his crew and would use him again without any hesitation.

Eric did a phenomenal job painting our pool cage. We went from white to a much darker color so it was important that it was done in a precise and professional manner. He was easy to work with, and methodical in the process. The work was high quality, and he kindly coordinated with the individual that was replacing our screens to make sure that the jobs were lined up back to back. We would recommend him, and hope to use his services in the future!

Carlson's did a great job from start to finish! Good communication, asked questions to make sure the detail colors were in the right place. Even came out on a Sunday to do color swatches. Paid attention to details like scraping and caulking too. Work was completed quickly and well - the house looks great!

Started on projected start date. We were lucky it did not rain. Primer & two coats of paint. It turned out great. Everyone was polite and professional. Price was good. I don't think anyone would be disappointed if they hired them. Thanks, Eric

Well. Careful spraying of alum lani cage with special paint - all metal fasteners were primed with anti-rust treatment. Required a crew of two men for three days for careful prep and spray. We're pleased with the outcome. Work proceeded smoothly. Recommend.

My bedroom was flooded after a severe storm. They came and investigated and recommended to have wall and the slab sealed. He took the time inspect the wall as to how the water seeped into the house, haven't had any problems since the completion of project.

Excellent work from start to finish. Came on time and worked to complete all finishing details including clean-up. Completely transformed the house and patio! Went above and beyond the job by helping to remove old wires and debris on the side of the house to give a nicely finished look. Highly recommend!

Eric's crew is the best. Very professional, super friendly folks. The work was first rate. They even went to extra lengths to touch up some cabinetry that was marked up by another contractor. Two or three trips to the paint store and they created a nearly perfect match to my cabinets. You would never know they were scratched up so badly. We will be having Eric's crew back to paint the exterior very soon. I can highly recommend these guys!
