Great! They were very conscience of the time, they did a good job and everything worked fine. I didn't have to have them come back out and they showed up when they said they were going to do. They were professional and they have reasonable prices.

As soon as I answered the door, Greg said, your leak is coming from your front yard. I walked out with him & he showed me the water coming out of the ground. We had a cracked pipe near the water meter. Greg was awesome, even with my kids all up in his work area catching frogs & digging in the dirt. All the work he had to do out there we thought for sure it was going to cost us at least $500.00!!! So we were super surprised at our bill! If we ever need a plumber again we will be calling Billy The Sunshine Plumber! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

They came out promptly when called and replaced the existing with a new unit. Professional and very competent. Also removed excess piping from outdated unit on wall. I would use them again.

They were on-time, fast and took care of the problem. I paid a service call fee only! Great job!!

Called at 9:00 am. I was only going to be home between 10 and 12:30. They agreed to have someone there between those times. Scott showed up at 10:15, quickly discovered the problem and had the whole thing replaced in 1/2 an hour. Really incredible service and a fair price.

He came once and did the most simple fix. When that did not work, he came again (no additional service charge) and did more extensive work on the toilet. It's fine now. Both times they were punctual, clean and professional.

Billy was awesome. He was very professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do. He cleaned up after himself, which is nice. He did a great job. He came out immediately.

In the process, the MAIN feed cold water valve entering the apartment (which was also cheap, plastic) snapped when the plumber turned off the water in order to work on the dishwasher feed. He replaced the valve which got broken and offered to replace the hot-water feed into the condo, too, at cost, which I considered professional and even a bit "beyond" what was required, The fellow they sent was a polite,efficient, and very knowledgeable young man, and he did an excellent job.

He is very good, prompt, professional, and he comes up right over and he uses everything he needs to get the job done.

Quickly responded and sent a very nice, polite gentleman. The leak was found and repaired without delays. I would use them again if a plumber is needed.

The price was worth for one hour of work. It was unreasonable. They did a good job.

I thought I could replace the faucet myself. The old faucet had a c clip that was completely rusted to the faucet. I could not get it to budge. called Billy the Plumber and Chris was sent out (same day). Chris attempted to put in the new price pfister faucet I had purchased, but truly the faucet was not good quality. the spicket would not turn easily and made a bad rubbing sound. So I purchased a MOEN instead from Chris. Chris did a great job. He was professional and fast. even with having to try the faucet I purchased and the trouble getting the old faucet out he was only there slightly more than an hour. I am very pleased.

They were very polite and brought 3 guys to talk over the house and re-piping plan. Showed up on time and were very neat. Most of the holes they had to cut in the walls were inside cabinets and out of sight. They had to work in some very tight quarters up in the attic but spent some extra time so the inside damage would be minimal. They stayed till 8pm one evening with 2-3 plumbers working at a time to make sure we had water for showers in the morning. We were very happy with their work. We will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs. Great job!

At the time, it went fine. However, shortly after the service was done, my dishwashed quit draining so I couldn't use it. I purchased a new dishwasher and the installer said the reason the other one didn't drain was because when the disposal was installed, the service person did not remove the plug for the dishwasher to drain through the disposal. So it looks like I paid for a new dishwasher because of that.

I was very satisfied with him. Price-wise and work-wise, he was great! I don't remember what he charged, but I don't remember being upset with it. I've already referred Billy to a friend who's been pleased with him too.

Gregg was here on Wed. 11/20 and started the work but didn't have the correct pipes to use and had to come back Friday to completet the job and connect the sink. He was scheduled to arrive around 12 He arrived about 2:30. Around 4:30 pm he realized the pipe was clogged and it needed to be snaked from the roof. He did not have the tools to do it. When I asked if he could call someone else or go and get the tool and come back he said he could but would have to charge me the on call cost of $225/hr. I could just wait till Monday to get charged the regular hourly rate. I said " Who walks out without completing the work? " He said he called his boss and was told he would have to charge me the on call rate to snake out the pipe.I would have to be without the sink, dishwasher for the whole weekend. I called the ER service myself , since it was now 5 and they close at 4:30 pm, and asked to speak with the owner and was told they didn't have his number. Now I am frustrated. I have been a loyal customer since the late 80"s and did not expect to be treated this way.

Chris was here about 3 hours. Turned out the pipes under the kitchen sink were not set up in a manner that would accept the new sink and disposal, so he had to replace and relocate a lot of the piping under the sink. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Did an excellent job. Original bill was $336.50. We received a $5.00 military discount and used the $10.00 Angie's list coupon which brought the bill down to the final $321.50.

I was amazed. I expected one person to arrive to dig up the old pipe but four gentlemen showed up including the owner who pitched right in digging and helping to locate the old line. They put plastic tarps down because I had just had $800 worth of new landscaping work done in my yard and of course the sewer line wound up going right down the middle of it all. My landscaper had come out and dug up the new bushes and moved the mulch out of the way . The plumber put all the dirt on the tarps making it easier for the landscaper to replace everything once the new line was in. They explained everything they were doing and why while digging. Then I was even more surprised when I went to pay and was told the price was $325 lower because they didn't have to dig as far as expected and the permit didn't cost as much as they estimated. They could have charged me the price on the proposal but didn't. The inspector signed off on the permit with no problem. Their honesty is refreshing. I've used this plumber several times over the past several years and would highly recommend them to anyone and will again contact if needed. I would like to say I won't need them but we all know things DO happen.

They are excellent. I've used them for several years and they have been pretty much there when they are supposed to be there. They are priced well. Usually, the plumbers are very pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about them, they are very good.

They were speedy and professional with their response and gave future solutions in the event I have any further issues.

The young man who did the work was professional knowledgeable--came in, did his work, and that was it. Couldn't have gone better.
