Arrived on time, went right to work and was done in less than 20 minutes.

Faucet still leaks - but I have not contacted them to please repair.

I had the main supply line that ran along an outside wall and it developed a leak. The pipe had been rerouted years ago to add a water softener and in doing so had eliminated the shut-off valve. They came out promptly, cut out the piece of corroded copper and replaced it with PVC, adding a shut-off valve.

Billy's Plumber really helped us out. We purchased the home last fall and had a pool service tell us the valves would need to be replaced. We did not fix it at that time due to it being cool and we were not using the pool. This spring as we started to get the pool cleaned up and ready for summer we realized we could not use the vacuum and the skimmer was not working. We called a few pool service companies and they were all too busy with pool season starting to get out for our small project. We decided to try a Plumber, since it was just the valves, and Billy's Sunshine Plumbers were more than willing to help out. The day they originally scheduled got rained out but they came the next day and had it fixed in about an hour and a half. They were very nice and helped us figure out what each of the valves controlled even though they are not pool people. Our pool is clean and operating as it should Thanks to Billy's Plumbers.

This whole experience was very smooth. I called and talked to the receptionist who told me that they could probably get to me today and would get a call back to schedule. I was called within 40 minutes. Greg asked me to clarify what I needed and then said he was on his way! He arrived quickly, took stock of what we needed (new faucet install in my shower that we're remodeling) and got to work. He was fast and thorough. We were really pleased with his work and professionalism. My dad was with me and even said he was really disappointed in the plumber that he had recently used after having had such a good experience with Greg from Billy, the Sunshine Plumber. I would recommend him to anyone.

Contacted the company on 3/3/2015 in the late afternoon, explain the problem to the dispatcher, she arrange to fit me into their schedule because as she said "a leak can become a problem if we don't fix it ASAP. The next day the plumber (JR) called and made arrangement to come to my house, they were on site at the time they promise. the plumbers (Dan and Jr ) were very professional and kept me informed on every step the took in replacing the leaky pipe. I would recommend this company to anyone. The personnel I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

He never sent an estimate. We don't know if he forgot about us or didn't want the job. Regardless, we didn't want to work with someone that didn't follow up right out of the gate. That doesn't indicate trying make a good impression and earn our business.

They did an awesome job. Lots of roots in the way but they kept at it and did a wonderful job.

I have not had any trouble with them. They have done well for me. I like their service. $200 was including the cost of the toilet. I know that, some of these guys will put in a toilet and just caulk around it but they actually grouted around it, so there is a little concrete that the toilet is sitting on, which keeps it off the ceramic tile, so if the thing moves at, it wouldn’t crack the tile. That’s a nicer job.

My kitchen sink was starting to back up during my family's visit over Christmas. My brother & Dad after looking at it decided it was above their skill level so we made sure it was semi usable and called for service for the day after Christmas. Greg, the technician who came, called us on the day of the appt and said he'd be there by 12:20. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I had to leave to take my brother to the airport but my dad stayed behind and said he was very happy with the service that Greg provided. My dad said he would definitely use them again if it was his house, so I am keeping their contact information handy for any other problems. Thanks!!!

He was prompt and knew exactly what the problem was with the old faucet and fixed it in no time flat.

This is the second time I have used Billy's, and I can't say enough good things about them. They are prompt, prioritize emergency repairs, courteous and skillful. Would recommend them without pause.

Very good pricing, They had to dig up the ground, and run a line to the main drain, put new shutoff valves, they were out for about 3 hours and I was really expecting a higher price, they only thing that went up, was the amount for the permit, but that had to do with the city..Very good company, give them 5 out of 5 stars,

Installed 2 new toilets and sinks (included in the charges), also installed new faucets (faucets purchased by me). Fixed shower part that had gone bad after 40 years use. Shower continues to function perfectly (I had thought it would have needed a complete new set of hardware or even worse! It was making a horrible noise and could have indicated something more serious they said. Servicemen provided paperwork for energy saving rebate which was about $100 (or more)which credit was applied to my water bill resulting in several months free water. They worked quickly and efficiently. I have had no problem whatsoever with the work they did. There was a pre-estimate and no surprises when the work was completed.

They stayed until everything was working correctly!

We called Billy the Sunshine Plumber when we first moved in 11 years ago and have used them ever since. They are our go-to plumbers. We are going to have them remodel the master bath next. Very satisfied.

They were just excellent. They got right to work, they knew what they needed to do, they were just in and out really quick, and they did a good job.
