They come when they are supposed to come. They do what they are supposed to do and they are very reasonable priced.

It was good. We have used him several times.

We called Billy the Sunshine Plumber on Thursday, June 20, 2018, after finding that the problem with our water heater was not in the wiring. The plumbing appointment was for 2:00 on Friday afternoon, (June 21st). The plumber, Greg, was there right on time. My mother immediately realized Greg was the same plumber who had saved us a fortune a few years ago, by correcting a fixture problem with our tub in the upstairs bathroom. We had been told that pipes would have to be replaced. Whatever Greg did with the tub, which took less than an hour, was apparently what was needed, because we've had no problems with it since. We were, therefore, very happy to see that Greg was also handling this situation. Greg reviewed the heater problem and found the source within five minutes. Still, he examined the heater for any other problems and found none. He showed us the problem with the heating element and replaced it. Greg explained exactly what was wrong and interpreted the message the electrician had left. While we waited to make sure the water was heating correctly, he told us about Billy the Sunshine Plumber. It was a very nice visit and we felt we better knew the company we had called. We will call Billy the Sunshine Plumber the next time we have plumbing problems.

I have used Billy's for several years & they have always given me GREAT service. The most recent job was the high quality they always provide me with. They arrived on time & completed the job in less time than expected. They deserve an A+ in my opinion.

I have not used this plumber in some time because the last time I used them they did a crap job. They broke the drainage hole cover that goes to the sewer line. They left a gaping hole behind my washer. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PLUMBER AGAIN

He’s done work on and off for me. His price was competitive. He was on time and did what he said he was going to do.

We have used Billy's for several years and the company's work has always been good. It was also good this time. However, the plumbers did not show-up, nor call, on the afternoon the job was scheduled. I was at home all afternoon, working at my desk next to the phone. I called the company three times but was unable to contact anyone until 6:00 PM (After 5:00 you get the answering service). Today, two plumbers showed up at 11:15 and did an excellent job replacing the faucet. A third plumber arrived two hours later with a separate work order. As I feel the missed appointment was an exception, we will use Billy's again.

I think he was reasonably priced. They were prompt. They came once and I think I had a problem within a day or so and they came back and fixed it. I think there was limit on coming out without an extra fee luckily I did it within the time frame and they came out without any charge. I have used him more than just this once and overall I have had no problems with him.

I called in the morning and they were here about 3 hours later. I found they remarkable quickly

The first time I had a garbage disposal coughing up residue out of the other side of my dual kitchen sink. The ingenious cure was "Tim Allen" dual exhaust pipes ,-] It completely cured the problem and I have never seen a kitchen sink setup like that. It didn't cost anymore to get it done the right way. I was way impressed. Second time I had a leak in my bedroom, which is right on the other side of the bathroom. I had a guy that did some plumbing, as part of his job, spend a couple of hours and it still leaked. I decided better call a real plumber and the Sunshine Boys sent a guy out that found the leak in a pipe behind the wall - way not where we thought it was coming from. He fixed it in a jiffy and charged a very reasonable rate. UPDATE: After a few years, I had some more work done. So-So - not the wonder boys they used to be. Left with tub still clogged and new faucet hooked up backwards (hot coming out of cold side, etc) Maybe they were just overworked that day.

Billy the Sunshine Plumber HAD been my plumber for over 5 years. We decided it was time to repipe our old pipes in our house and called to get an estimate. Joe came out and took a look at everything and said he would get us an estimate. Well after two weeks I called the office and was told I'd get a call back. No return phone call. The holidays came and went. I followed up again and got the same answer. We'll call you back. Again, no return phone call. Finally after doing this 5 days in a row the office called me back and said they would send someone out to take a look at the house, to which I replied, "You've already been here!" Well, they needed someone to come out again. I got a call and from someone else to schedule a time for 3:00pm that day. 3:00pm came and nobody showed up. At that point I gave up.

They're honest and straightforward and inexpensive. They're here when you need them. They're quick and efficient. They don't try to sell you something that you don't need.

No hot water in the spare bathroom. Called them in the morning, he was out early afternoon. Said it was the anti-scald valve goes bad when not used, so he replaced it. He cleaned up after himself.

They sent someone over - he was there for an hour and then discovered he didn't have the right part, so he called someone else. The other guy came by and spent an hour replacing the cartridge and faucet handle (two things that probably didn't need to be repaired). The faucet broke again two weeks later, same problem - called another plumber who said they failed to replace the washer. What should have been an easy repair took 2 plumbers and 2 hours. I ended up having to call another company to come back out and re-repair their work! Wouldn't use them again.

The call began with attitude and ended with incompetence.

My kitchen faucet was leaking badly into the cabinet below so I had to shut it off. We needed sameday service because other we could not use our kitchen. On the first try the office mannager answered the phone and set the appointment. The men called earlier than expected and said they were on the way. Since they were at the house anyway I asked them to take a look at the bathroom sink stopper that was not working. They determined that a part was broken. They had a spare part on thruck and repaired it for me. I only had to pay for the part since they were already there. The men were polite, professional, and made both my wife and me feel comfortable and confidant in their work. We will definitely call them again.

The water heater worked when he left.

I was happy with the quick response to help find the leaking pipe and get it fixed.

We have used them a numerous times, at least two or three times. They are in Saint Petersburg, FL. We have a home there and we live here, so we move back and forth. Since we had gone for a while and not there, we ended up having issues in drainage or toilets because these roots grow. They went on top of my roof and clean them up. The first time they came in April as we have problems like standing water in the shower. Then we called them again a couple of days later and this time they did a really thorough job. We were really pleased with them. We were very appreciative of the fact that they did come back and didn’t charge us and did a much more thorough job, the second time. We will continue to use them. Regarding quality, the first time the gentleman really rushed through the job really quick. The second time they were extremely thorough. They were very punctual. Mr Shaun came in the second time and took care of it. They were pricey but worth it.

Our two toilets were backing up into the bathtub. My husband usually handles it but his snake was not as long as a professional one. They came out earlier than they said and just about an hour or so after I had called and put a snake through the toilets. And the guy was professional and polite. We will definitely use them again.

They were prompt, well I wasn't there but I have used them in the past and they were prompt and I thought the price was very fair. In the past I have called the to do a repair under the kitchen sink and they were on time and the price was fair.

The service call was performed immediately. The company was extremely fair and easy to deal with and I could tell in speaking with the owner that he possessed a lot of knowledge and experience and values customer satisfaction. My tenant gave the service accolades as well! I will definitely use this service provider again in the future.

I called, they came, we parted happy.

I've used them for seven years. They are just wonderful.

It went well and the services were done efficiently.
