Description of Work: A pipe broke at a fitting under my mobile home. Two men showed up, one climbed under the house after removing some of the skirting and the other man provided the tools needed and prepared the new fitting. They then replaced the skirting.

Description of Work: Called Roto Rooter first. Mechanic showed up and tried to make brain surgery out of unstopping a clog in the toilet and bath tub. Just to find the clean out was $126.00 and then another $250.00 for the stoppage. Said no thanks and then I called Billy the Sunshine Plumber. Asked the Office Manager how much will it be and she quoted $150.00 for the first hour of snanking it out, extra if it takes more time. The mechanics came within an hour. Half hour later the work was complete. I will call them whenever I have plumbing problems and recommend them as well. Two nice, honest mechanics at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Have used this company a couple of times to make repairs at a rental house I have pretty far from my home. I do not meet them there, but they respond very quickly, get the work done quickly and allow me to pay over the phone by credit card. My tenant is always happy with the repair. At least one repair was a real emergency and they came through.

Description of Work: I used them for years. They have changed ownership and things have gone down hill from there. They got the hot water and cold water line mixed.

Description of Work: They replaced the elements and the thermostats in our water heater. I was told later by two people that the heater should have been flushed. It wasnt.

Description of Work: They did not follow through with specifications for the bid, had rude employees, did messy work and did not keep appointments on time. Not a good company.

Description of Work: The man acted strange and paced a lot. He took 4 hrs to install a sink, I wanted s/s and he told me it should be white and that's what he put in, w/o a rim. He was terrible, and I don't think he should be in anyone's home.
