Description of Work: We purchased a home in 2004 brand new construction Bill Ramsey was the roofing contractor at the time expensive home with tile roof. 10 yrs later a roof that should last near 30 yrs. had to be completely replaced due to falty materials and tiles not properly secured. After notifying roofing contractor Bill Ramsey he did nothing but back paddle and refused to return our calls. 18,000.00 dollars later total cost to us we now have a new roof. Would definetly not recommend.
