Mr. Guettler returned my call the same day I called him. He came the next morning and repaired the outlets that were not working. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He was pleasant, professional, well groomed, and had a neat and clean appearance. He really seemed to care about doing the job to my satisfaction. I have used him before and certainly will again.

Steve, the owner, is very personable and the work was done as stated. The price was comparable to two other estimates I had. One of the other other estimates I had was very detailed, and Steve's was just a basic statement of what they would do for that amount of money. That's fine with me. The job was performed when Steve said it would be and for the amount he stated. The onl;y problem I had was that one of the lights they installed was wobbley on its base, and I had to wedge something under it to secure it. I wrote that on the invoice when I paid the bill, and I didn't hear back from Steve within 2 weeks that they would come fix it. So at the time of this report, I assume they've completed the work. For that reason, I'd rate Bayside as B+. I like their work overall, but I do think that an "A job" means you'd come back and ensure everything done by your company was perfect.

He did a good job and all the fans and lights looked great. He was prompt and also cleaned up after himself. He was professional and responsive.

It worked out very well. We had absolutely no problems with them. They came on time. They were very professional and polite as well.

I was very pleased with the service that Bayside Electric performed. I called Steve and he was able to meet me the next day for an estimate. We met on a Tuesday and his workers were able to perform the work on Thursday. When he did the initial walk thru he said that the recessed lighting were not installed properly that is why they had fallen, on top of the fact that the original lighting was not capped off which was a potential fire hazard. He replaced two ceiling fans that were out doors, replaced 4 recessed lightings and installed a light fixture in my kitchen. I was very please with the clean up. His people were there first thing in the morning to complete the job. I would definately recommend this company and use this company for any future electrical work.

Really, BAYSIDE ELECTRIC INC. were excellent; they arrived on time and worked hard! They worked the whole day and didn't stop, it was very pleasant to work with them.

They did a good job on the installations. They looked at my bathroom fan, but didn't know why it had become so loud and vibrated. "Maybe you need a new one" didn't seem like an adequate response, especially since the fan is just a year old and was pricey. Is there something wrong with it or not? If so, what? I think the lights in the bedroom dim when I use the treadmill because...the treadmill draws a lot of power? I'm not sure if this is normal, although they did say it wasn't a hazardous situation. The guys were young. I can't help, but feel someone with a bit more experience might have been able to explain what was wrong with my fan and lights, if anything, so that I could decide what to do. I have no complaints about the installations. I know electricians are expensive. Maybe $100 is a good price to put up a fan and a light. If that's the case, then "I got exactly what I paid for" would be the appropriate answer below. It's just that I feel two out of my four issues were not resolved. This may have been more a question of communication. I really don't know.

Although the job was somewhat simple in the grand scope of large electrical work, the work was performed on time and professionally. Communication, scheduling, quality of work, professionalism of staff, and job site clean-up was excellent. They worked with me to meet my needs and provide me with ideas in areas where I was unsure of what to do. I did not get other quotes before I had Bayside start the work (I went on their reputation here alone as I just wanted the job done pronto). I'm not sure if I'm naive, but it seemed a little expensive for the 4 hours of work. The original estimate was $600.00. Bayside dropped the price to $550.00 when the job was done, due to the job being easier than expected.

It went great! Steve and his crew came in twice. The first time to remove all the old stuff and get the new wiring in, then came back after we were about done and installed all the switches and fixtures and fans and all. I am very happy and would have no problem hiring Bayside again. As impressive as anything is how punctual they are. When they say 8 am, they mean 8 am! Good, thorough, reliable folks!

He was very good and very efficient. He did good work. and I would use him again.

It went great. I called and left a message and received a return call the next day. Steve set a time to come out and see what I needed done. I think he was running a little late, but he called to let me know. He came out and said he would call in a few days with a price and he did. We scheduled the work and he came as scheduled and let me know he would start the job, but had some other people who would be coming and finishing. He introduced me to Todd and Eddie when the arrived. All 3 were very professional and friendly. They worked fast, cleaned up afterward, etc.

We lost power to our mobile home on Friday morning. We called Bayside Electric about our problem and they were wonderful. They arrived at our place on Monday morning to do the repairs and were courteous and professional. After just a few minutes, they showed us the problem and explained exactly what needed to be done. The underground wire had a break due to corrosion. The problem was fixed in less than two hours and we were charged the exact amount that they quoted us. We would recommend this company to anyone with electrical problems. Thanks Angie's List for recommending this company to us.

He returned my calls promptly and set up appointments for the next day. He arrived within the time frame set and did a great job. He has a very reasonable price and I would use him again.

Steve arrived exactly on time for the estimate, and gave us some additional good ideas we hadn't thought of for the work we wanted done. He also steered us away from some work that was either unnecessary or not cost effective, and we appreciated that. The workers were prompt, quick, and professional. The lights all look great, and we're happy with the work that was done. The only problem was that they threw out the old fan when they put in the new one; we'd been planning to put that somewhere else in the house, and we wish they had asked us what we wanted done with it. Overall, we would use them again and recommend them.

Job 1:Steve and his accomplice were very courteous, the communication was good, the work was done very well, and it was executed promptly. Job 2: This is my second time using Bayside, and I'm still pleased and would use them again.

There was no technicians at the office, so they gave me a cell phone number for Steve. When I spoke with Steve and told him my problem, he diagnosed it over the phone and explained what I could do to fix it. I did what he said to do and it worked. I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing. He said if I have any more problems to give him a call and he'll come out to look at it. I really appreciated him helping me out since I was in a pickle.

They were excellent!!! Steve Guettler called when he said he would, came to the house when he said he would, and performed the job as he said he would. His crew was polite, friendly, and clean!! I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to friends and family!!

This was done as part of the price of my new unit through Bayside A/C. Steve did an excellent job and was very professional. There were a few aspects of doing this that were unexpected, and he handled them without any problem and without the usual drama of many contractors. When I have more electrical work to do, I am going to call him.

They were unable to do the work in the next month (or more!) because they are too busy.

The owner serviced, and I am very satisfied.

The electrician was on time (even after having to call us for directions). They were polite and professional. The price seemed reasonable, considering today's overall costs.

They told me they don't work on knob and tube systems.

Was 45 minutes late, yet when I called they did send someone out within 10 minutes. They did take the old plug (which later I found out was worth $20) and did not give me credit for the plug.

Mr. Guettler returned my phone call on May 10th and stated he would be at my place between 8-8:30 AM on May 15th. He never arrived. I phoned him on Thursday, May 18th and he said he didn't remember making the appointment. He stated he would be here between 8-8:30 AM on May 22nd. He did not arrive. This type of non-committment is what gives his company and trades people a bad name. It shows a lack of professionalism on his part.
