Description of Work: Repairman replaced a shorted electrical outlet and showed me the problem with the old outlet and demonstrated how I could check all my outlets to ensure that they do not pose a risk. He also checked a fluorescent light and found that the lighting ballast was bad. He made a second visit to replace it and now the light is working fine. The company was prompt, professional and reasonable in price!

 + -1 moreTHE RETURN CALLS WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND THE WORKMAN ARRIVED WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE ON OTHER REPAIRS AND RECEIVED A CALL WITHIN A FEW DAYS AFTER THE VISIT. I WAS IN A BIND BECAUSE THE APPLIANCES WERE BEING DELIVERED AND NO OTHER ELECTRICAL COMPANY WOULD RETURN MY CALLS OR WHEN THEY DID, THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THE WORK FOR 3 MONTHS. WHEN BAYSIDE HEARD MY TIMING ISSUES, THEY CAME WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS OF THE APPLIANCE INSTALLATION.

I CALLED HIM A FEW WEEKS LATER, AND HE CAME OUT AND REPLACED THE BREAKER BOX IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES AT THE PRICE HE ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED. HIS ESTIMATE WAS ALSO $175 LESS THAN THE 2ND ESTIMATE I GOT. I FOUND STEVE TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN FOR ANY ELECTRICAL WORK IN THE FUTURE.

Description of Work: Steve is very honest, reliable, professional, and trustworthy. He does great quality work. As a new homeowner, we had a hard time finding people to work on our home.
